Inclusion in the register of authorized economic operators
How to get the service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button (to receive services you must be registered on the site eokno.gov.kz).
- Fill in the required fields on the website eokno.gov.kz and sign a request for EDS (electronic digital signature). Track the status of the application in your account on the portal “Single window of the Republic of Kazakhstan for export-import operations”.
How to get the service in a state agency (required documents):
Documents confirming the provision of security for the performance of the duties of an authorized economic operator shall be submitted no later than two months from the date of notification by the service recipient.
At the same time, for the period from the date of sending the notification by the service provider to the date of submission of documents confirming the provision of security for the performance of the duties of the authorized economic operator, the period of consideration of the application is suspended.
Result of the service delivery
Issuance of the certificate on inclusion of person into the register of authorized economic operators of the first, second and third type.
Reasoned refuse in public service provision.
