How to get the service online

1. Sign in on the portal and click «Order Service Online» button (to get the services you must be registered on the website sez.qazindustry.gov.kz).
2. Fill in the necessary data at sez.qazindustry.gov.kz and sign the request with EDS (electronic digital signature). Track the status of consideration of the application in the personal account on the portal «QazIndustry» Qazaqstan Industry and Export Center» JSC.

How to get the service at “QazIndustry” Industry and Export Center (required documents):

Upon receipt of reimbursement of expenses for increasing the competence of employees for arranging vocational training and / or retraining and / or in-service training of the engineering and technical personnel, production personnel, including top managers, including those abroad, on issues of increasing labor productivity and / or introducing technologies (elements) of Industry 4.0:

1.  An application for a service in the form, in accordance with Appendix 1.
2.  The applicant's report on the results of the provision of services (performance of work) by the contractor, in the form in accordance with Appendix 2.
3. A copy of the contract for the provision of services (performance of work), the costs of payment for which are included in the application for their reimbursement, all annexes and / or additions, agreements thereto.
4. A copy of the act ( s ) of the services rendered (work performed) by the contractor for reimbursable costs.
5. Copies of invoices for the total amount of services rendered (work performed) by the contractor for reimbursable costs.
6. Copies of payment documents for the total amount of services rendered (work performed) by the contractor and / or copies of documents for the total amount of services rendered (work performed) by the contractor as documents confirming payment for the services rendered (work performed), provided in the form of letters of credit, when offsetting claims, withholding a penalty (fine) in the performance of work.
7. Copies of documents valid for the reimbursed period, confirming the production of products included in the List of priority goods (certificate ST-KZ, certificate of conformity of the EAEU, declaration of conformity of the EAEU, industrial certificate).
8. A copy of the order about vocational training and / or retraining and / or in-service training of the engineering, technical, production personnel, including top managers of the applicant.
9. A copy of the certificate of vocational training and / or retraining and / or in-service training).
10. Copies of documents confirming the cost of travel to the place of business trip and back to the place of permanent work once (except when the administration provides the traveler with the appropriate means of transportation), based on the presented travel documents when traveling by rail - at the rate of a docked wagon (except for wagons with 2-seater compartments with a lower arrangement of soft sofas, soft armchairs for sitting with a device for regulating its position (sleeping car), as well as classes "Tourist" and "Business" of high-speed trains);
11. Copies of documents confirming the cost of living for an employee during the period of vocational training and / or retraining (but not more than one month) and / or advanced training (but not more than three months) of engineering and technical personnel, production personnel, including top managers, according to the cost of the room by classification - the standard for actual costs, including booking costs, except for the cost of per diem, if there are documents confirming these costs.

Upon receipt of reimbursement of expenses for attracting a foreign employee for the purpose of creating new production facilities of the applicant:

1.  An application in the form in accordance with Appendix 1.
2. The applicant's report on the results of the provision of services (performance of work) by the contractor in the form in accordance with Appendix 2.
3. A copy of the employment contract concluded between the applicant and the attracted foreign employee (when attracting a foreign employee to promote products (services) - a copy of the employment contract or contract for the provision of services for compensation).
4. Copies of payment documents, payrolls, payrolls of documents drawn up in accordance with the procedure established by law, confirming the remuneration of labor according to the employment contract for the attracted foreign employee or the contract for the provision of paid services (with a copy of the payment documents, act ( s ) of services rendered by the attracted foreign employee).
5. Copies of documents confirming the education and work experience of the foreign employee involved in accordance with part two of this clause.
6. Copies of documents confirming the cost of travel to the place of provision of services and back to the place of residence once by air transport - at the economy class fare, if supporting documents are available, the cost of booking tickets, as well as the use of bedding on trains when traveling to the place of business trip and back to the place of permanent work, if there are documents confirming these expenses.
7. A copy of form 200-02 "Calculation of individual income tax on the income of foreigners and stateless persons" (Appendix 2 to the Declaration on individual income tax and social tax) for the tax period for which the tax reporting is submitted, corresponding to the period of cost reimbursement of the attracted foreign employee at the request of the applicant, with all additions, with a signature of the authorized body on the acceptance of the document.
8. A copy of the document of the established form, proving the identity of the attracted foreign employee.
9. Copies of documents valid for the reimbursed period, confirming the production of products included in the List of priority goods (certificate ST-KZ, certificate of conformity of the EAEU, declaration of conformity of the EAEU, industrial certificate).
10. A copy of the business plan for the creation of new industries.
11. A copy of the feasibility study of the project for the creation of new industries.

Upon receipt of cost reimbursement for attracting a foreign employee for the purposes of modernizing the applicant's existing production:

1. An application in the form in accordance with Appendix 1.
2. The applicant's report on the results of the provision of services (performance of work) by the contractor in the form in accordance with Appendix 2.
3. A copy of the employment contract concluded between the applicant and the attracted foreign employee (when attracting a foreign employee to promote products (services) - a copy of the employment contract or paid services agreement).
4. Copies of payment documents, payrolls, payrolls of documents drawn up in accordance with the procedure established by law, confirming the remuneration of labor according to the employment contract for the attracted foreign employee or paid services agreement (with a copy of the payment documents, act ( s ) of services rendered by the attracted foreign employee).
5. Copies of documents confirming the education and work experience of the foreign employee involved in accordance with part two of this clause.
6.
