Making preliminary decisions on goods classification
How to get the online service
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button (to get the services you must be registered on the website eokno.gov.kz).
- Fill in the necessary fields at eokno.gov.kz and sign the request with EDS (electronic digital signature). Track the status of consideration of the application in the personal account on the portal "Single Window of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Export - Import Operations".
How to get the service in "Government for citizens" State Corporation NJSC (required documents):
To obtain a preliminary decision on goods origin:
- Appendix.
- Document confirming payment of customs fee for making preliminary decision.
To obtain a duplicate:
- Statement in any form.
Result of the service delivery
Issuance of a preliminary decision on the classification of goods in accordance with the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, issuance of a duplicate of a previously received preliminary decision on the classification of goods, or a reasoned response to refuse to provide public services.
