How to get the service online

1. Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button.
2. Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature).
3. In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.

How to get the service in "Government for citizens" State Corporation NJSC​ (required documents):

1. The Service recipient (or his representative under a notarized power of attorney) submits an application to the State Corporation.
2. An identity document in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Identity documents" or an electronic document from the digital documents service, or a Candace certificate for persons with the status of Candace, or an electronic document from the digital documents service (required for identity identification).
3. For residents of the city of Baikonur – a certificate from the department for accounting and registration of citizens of the housing sector of the city of Baikonur.

How to get the service in the MSE division (required documents):

1. Application in the form according to Appendix 3 of the Rules for the provision of State basic pension payments at the Expense of Budgetary Funds, as well as the appointment and implementation of age pension payments, state social benefits for disability, survivor's loss, state special benefits approved by Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 2015 No. 223 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 11110).
2. An identity document in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Identity documents" or an electronic document from the digital documents service, or a Candace certificate for persons with the status of Candace, or an electronic document from the digital documents service (required for identity identification).
3. For residents of the city of Baikonur – a certificate from the department for accounting and registration of citizens of the housing sector of the city of Baikonur.

Submission of documents is not required if it is possible to obtain them from state information systems, including from the digital documents service.
When the service recipient submits documents to the State Corporation specified in this paragraph, the service recipient is issued a receipt for the receipt of the relevant documents.
When the service recipient submits documents to the ITU subdivision specified in this paragraph, the service recipient is given a tear-off ticket of the application with a note on the acceptance of the documents.

Through a proactive service:

1. To assign a social payment - the consent of the service recipient to provide a proactive service, as well as confirmation or provision of a bank account number, which are sent by the service recipient via a cellular subscriber device.
