Paid, payment for state registration is charged in accordance with the established tariffs

Terms of the service delivery

Up to 30 working days from the date of proposal submission.

First stage: ascertaining the possibility (impossibility) of providing a requested land plot for the declared intended purpose based on the urban planning document.

Second stage: upon approval by a service recipient of a land allotment scheme, decision on granting the title to a land plot, conclusion of a purchase/sale contract for a land plot or contract of temporary (short–term, long-term) paid (gratuitous) land use (lease).

The specified timeframe excludes the following period:
-approval of the land plot allocation scheme by the service recipient;
-conclusion of purchase/sale agreement for a land plot or agreement of temporary (short-term, long-term) paid (gratuitous) land use (lease).

  1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
  2. Fill out an application and to sign with its EDS (electronic digital signature).
  3. In your personal account (in the History of services section), read the notification about the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time.
