The license fee for issuing a license related to the right to engage in certain subtypes of activities in the field of hydrocarbons is 100 MCI for the following subtypes of activities:
field studies in the exploration and production of hydrocarbons;
- seismic exploration in the exploration and production of hydrocarbons;
- geophysical studies in the exploration and production of hydrocarbons;
- perforating-explosive operation in wells in the exploration and production of hydrocarbons;
- drilling of wells on land, at sea and in inland waters in the exploration and production of hydrocarbons;
- underground repair, test, development, testing, preservation, liquidation of wells in the exploration and production of hydrocarbons;
- cementation of wells for exploration and production of hydrocarbons;
- enhanced oil recovery in oil reservoirs and increase the productivity of wells in the exploration and production of hydrocarbons;
- work on the prevention and elimination of oil spills in the fields of hydrocarbons at sea;
- the exploitation of oil, gas and chemical industries;
- preparation of basic design documents for deposits of hydrocarbons and analysis of hydrocarbon deposits development;
- preparation of technical design documents for deposits of hydrocarbons;
- operation of pipelines.
The license fee for the re-issuance of licenses for the subtypes of these activities (when applying for a license online) is 8% from the rate for a license issuance.
The fee rate for issuing a duplicate license (when applying for a license online) is 80% from the rate for a license issuance.
