How to get the service in a state agency (required documents):
- Tax statement.
- The reference model of the CRM model and the following materials characterizing the technical, functional and operational characteristics of the CRM model.
- Passport of manufacturing factory.
- Technical documentation of manufacturing factory.
- Guidance on CRM operation on the paper and electronic mediums.
- Guidance for the official person of tax authority on paper and electronic mediums containing detailed description of the official person's actions of tax authority while installation of fiscal regime, re-registration of CRM, making fiscal reports, report on a current state of register (X- report), and introduction of information for stamp in a control receipt.
- Guaranteed obligation of manufacturing factory for technical support of CRM model.
- Information on the compliance of technical characteristics of CRM model, specified in manufacturing factory documentation to the basic technical requirements.
- Notarized copy of the conformity certificate of CRM model.
If the model of the cash register machine is a fiscal registrar, the tax application is additionally supplemented with software on electronic media for connecting the fiscal registrar to a personal computer.
