How to get the service online (on e-Licensing Portal (www.elicense.kz)
- Click "Order Service Online" button on this page, then e-Licensing portal page will open in a new window.
- Sign in or register on the e-Licensing Portal.
- On the page of e-Licensing Portal that opens after clicking "Order Service Online" button, click "Submit an application" link.
- Fill in an application and sign it using digital signature.
- You can track the status of a submitted application in your personal account in the “My applications” section. You can find out about obtaining a permit in the “My permits” section, on receipt of the notification in the “My notifications” section.
Result of the service delivery
Confirmation of assignment of a registration number to a food production object that is subject to state control and supervision in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of population or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
Public service delivery format: online.
The public service delivery result is sent to a service recipient in personal account in the form of an electronic document certified by a digital signature of an authorized employee of a service provider.
