Accreditation of persons for advisory support and (or) project expertise

1. Application.
2. Information about the accredited entity.
3. A certificate from the relevant state revenue authority confirming the absence of tax arrears and arrears on mandatory pension contributions and social security contributions for more than three months (except in cases where the payment deadline is deferred in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
4. Electronic (scanned) copies of international CP3R certificates, diplomas of higher education.
5. An electronic (scanned) copy of employment contracts (agreements) confirming the employment relationship between the applicant and each of the employees who have international CP3P certificates or other certificates of a specialist in the field of public-private partnership under the international certification program developed or recognized by international financial organizations, and work experience in the field of public-private partnership.
6. Documents confirming the work experience of full-time specialists in the field of public-private partnership.

When reissuing the certificate:

1. An electronic (scanned) copy of the application for renewal of the certificate, drawn up in any form.
2. Electronic (scanned) copies of documents confirming the change in the name of the legal entity.
