Apostilization of documents issued by the prosecution authorities
How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
- An application.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- An official document of prosecution agency, investigation and inquiry authority submitted for apostilization.
- Receipt on payment of state fee.
Service providers and Public Corporation get digital documents from the Digital Documents service through the implemented integration, if a document owner provided consent via a phone number registered on the Portal by indicating a one-time password or sending a short text message as a response to the Portal notification.
Result of the service delivery
A document with an apostille affixed, which is a special stamp certifying the authenticity of a person`s signature and confirming his/her authority, as well as the authenticity of a seal or stamp with which this document is sealed or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
The Public Corporation ensures the storage of a certificate in paper for 1 month, after which a certificate is sent to a service provider for further storage for 2 months.
When a service recipient applies upon the expiry of 1 (one) month, a service provider within 1 working day sends the issued documents to the Public Corporation at its request, to be presented to a service recipient.
If a service recipient haven`t come within 3 (three) months, a service recipient`s application and the documents thereto, as well as an issued document in paper, are filed by a service provider into a separate registered record.
