Issuance of permits for the use of fish resources and other aquatic animals

How to get the service at the government agency (required documents):

1. An application
2. Depending on the type of use, the following shall additionally be required:

- For scientific and research fishing:

• an electronic copy of the justification for conducting scientific activities and the research program;
• an electronic copy of calculations justifying the proposed volume of extraction of fishery resources and other aquatic animals;
• an electronic copy of a report on the results of utilization of previously issued permits (if applicable);

- Fishing for reproduction purposes:

• an electronic copy of the biological justification prepared by an accredited scientific organization in the field of conservation, reproduction, and use of fishery resources and other aquatic animals for fishing, except where the catch is conducted for the purpose of fulfilling a state order for the reproduction of fishery resources;
• a copy of documents confirming the production facility for artificial reproduction of fishery resources, including information on the owner (rights holder);

– For the use of fishery resources and other aquatic animals for reproduction purposes:

• an electronic copy of supporting materials justifying the extraction of fishery resources and other aquatic animals (biological justification).

3. The service provider gets the certificate of registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, information on the registration of an individual entrepreneur or on the commencement of activity as an individual entrepreneur, information on the identity document of an individual, and information on payment to the budget of the fee for the use of wildlife (in case of payment through the e-Gov Payment Gateway) from state information systems via the e-Government Gateway.
