How to obtain a service online
- Log in to the portal and click the "Get a service" link.
- Go to the Public Cadastral Map and select a land parcel, complete the application fields, and upload the required documents.
- Sign the application with a digital signature and click "Submit Application."
- Information about the submitted application is available in the "Applications" section.
How to get the service at the government agency (required documents):
- Application.
- A copy of the identification document (deed of temporary paid (long-term, short-term) land use (lease) of a land plot or a land cadastral plan).
- A copy of the concluded agreement for temporary (short-term, long-term) paid land use (lease) of a land plot (provided if information about the agreement is not available in the information system of the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre).
Result of the service delivery
The decision of the service provider to grant the right of temporary (short-term, long-term) paid (gratuitous) a land plot land use (lease) and the conclusion of an agreement for temporary (short-term, long-term) paid (gratuitous) land plot land use (lease) or a reasoned refusal to provide the public service.
