Apostilization of documents issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
How to get the service in a government agency or "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
Service recipients submit documents in accordance with the Uniform Rules for the Affixing of an Apostille.
A service recipient (or his/her representative based on a power of attorney) needs to provide the following:
- A document subject to apostilization.
- A document confirming payment of the state duty for affixing an apostille to the budget.
Acceptance of documents is carried out based on an electronic queue at the Public Corporation branch located at the place of a service recipient registration without accelerated servicing
Result of the service delivery
Apostilization of official documents issued by the structural divisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) its territorial divisions.
