How to get the service at State agency or at «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC (required documents):
- ID card (for identification)
- Document of state duty payment into the budget or copy of the document which is a grounding for the tax benefits provision, except for the payment through the payment gate of e-government.
- Notary certified letter of authority in case of service recipient’s representative addressing.
If the application for a new death certificate is submitted, copies of the documents confirming the relationship with the deceased are also attached.
Documents issued or certified by a competent authority of a foreign country or a specially authorized person within its competence and in the prescribed form sealed with the stamp of a foreign country shall be accepted only after a special certification (legalization or apostille) procedure.
