Coordination of the planned boundaries of administrative-territorial units with the graphical data of the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre Information System
How to obtain a service online:
- Log in to the portal and click the "Get a service" link.
- Go to the Public Cadastral Map and select a land parcel, complete the application fields, and upload the required documents.
- Sign the application with a digital signature and click "Submit Application."
- Information about the submitted application is available in the "Applications" section.
How to get the service in NJSC State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (necessary documents):
- An application.
- An identity document, or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification purposes);
- A design scheme (plan) of the administrative-territorial unit and a consolidated statement of coordinates and side lengths of the boundaries of the planned administrative-territorial unit, in the form prescribed in Appendix 2 to this List.
Result of the service delivery
If the projected boundaries of administrative-territorial units (hereinafter referred to as ATE) correspond, an act of reconciliation of the statement of coordinates of the projected boundaries of the administrative-territorial unit. In case of discrepancy between the designed boundaries of the administrative-territorial unit and the graphic data of the information system of the unified state real estate cadastre: an act on the discrepancy between the statement of coordinates of the designed boundaries of the administrative-territorial unit. Or a reasoned refusal to provide a public service.
