Assignment of benefits to a mother or father, an adoptive parent, a guardian (trustee) raising a child with a disability
How to get the service online
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Order Service Online" button.
- Fill in and send an application (digital signature is not required).
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.
How to get a service at a government agency and "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
- Application.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- A birth certificate for a child (children) or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- In case of establishment of custody (guardianship) over a child or adoption: a document confirming the establishment of custody (guardianship) over a child or information about adoption from a birth record.
- Certificate of disability of a child.
- In order to a parent of a child with a disability to apply for a benefit, it is not necessary to provide a birth certificate of a child (children) or an extract from a birth certificate, marriage/divorce certificate, except for information about marriage (matrimony) registered outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, a certificate of disability of a child, as well as a document confirming the establishment of guardianship (trusteeship) over a child or information about adoption from a birth certificate, information about a bank account number if information contained in these documents is verified through requests to the information systems of government agencies and (or) organizations in accordance with Appendix 5.
Via the proactive service:
- To assign the benefit: a service recipient's consent to get a proactive service, as well as confirmation or provision of a bank account number via a service recipient's mobile device.
- Information about an applicant's ID document, certificate of birth of a child (children) or an extract from a birth certificate, or certificate of registration of an act of civil status issued by the civil registration authorities, certificate of disability of a child, marriage/divorce certificate, document confirming the establishment of guardianship (trusteeship) over a child or information about adoption from a birth certificate, information about registration at the place of residence, information about the bank account number specified in an electronic application of an applicant are taken from the relevant state information databases in accordance with requests to the information systems of government agencies and (or) organizations according to Appendix 5.
Result of the service delivery
Notification on assignment of benefits.
On the portal, notification on assignment of benefits is sent to the personal account of a service recipient in the form of an electronic document certified by digital signature of an authorized employee of a service provider.
Public Corporation informs a service recipient on the decision made by sending an SMS notification to a service recipient`s phone number.
If a service is delivered proactively, the service delivery result is provided by an SMS notification to a service recipient`s phone number.
