The service has been launched in pilot mode on the e-Government portal.
How to get the service online
- Sign in and click "Order Service Online" button.
- Fill in an application and sign it using a digital signature or SMS password (it is mandatory to have registration in the Mobile Citizens Database). In an application, specify a personal account number (IBAN) opened in Kazpost JSC or Halyk Bank JSC.
Note: A personal account should be opened to the name of an applicant.
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.

Result of the service delivery
Notification on assignment of targeted social assistance or refusal to assign with a substantiated reason is provided in writing through the Career Center or Akim. Also, it is sent to an applicant`s mobile phone number.
Upon service delivery via the Portal, a notification of assignment of targeted social assistance or refusal to assign with a substantiated reason is sent to a personal account in the form of an electronic document certified by digital signature of an authorized body.
