- Scientific contributions, including monographs, chapters in monographs, articles, reviews, patents, or authorship certificates (up to five);
- A summary of the work (maximum half a page), presenting its content, the relevance and originality of the research, key scientific findings, their significance, and prospects for future application;
- An excerpt from the minutes of the meeting of the advisory body of the organization that proposed the work;
- A statement of employment of the applicant for scientific award;
- A short overview of the applicant’s scientific activities, highlighting their personal contribution (for collaborative works);
- A statement from the nominating organization confirming that the work submitted for the competition has not previously been awarded prizes financed from the republican budget;
- A copy of the implementation certificate (if available);
- Notification of the active twenty-digit bank account.
The documents listed in subparagraphs 4), 5), and 6) of this section are to be submitted by the candidate’s most recent place of employment upon their dismissal.
