Obtainment of state act for land

How to receive service online

1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
2. To fill in the request.
3. To sign with its EDS (digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
4. In a private office (in the History of Services section) to study the act on the land plot in an electronic format.

How to get service in «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC:

1. An application.
2. An ID document (for identification) when visiting a service provider in person.
3. A copy of a local executive body decision on granting a title to a land plot.
4. A land use design approved by the order of local executive bodies of regions (cities of republican significance, the capital), districts (cities of regional significance) carrying out functions in the field of land relations (hereinafter: an authorized body) and approving projected land plots based on graphic data taken from automated information system of the state land cadastre.
5. Materials establishing the boundaries of a land plot on the ground.
6. If there is a land use design for placement of land plots on the site for allotment for individual housing construction, a part of a land use design is submitted for a specific land plot and materials for establishing its boundaries on the ground.
7. A copy of purchase/sale (lease) agreement for a land plot (when selling (leasing) a land plot).
8. A copy of payment document confirming payment of redemption price (for individuals: receipt; for legal entities: a transfer order) for a land plot (when selling a land plot by the state or during redemption of a land plot title).
9. A payment document (receipt) confirming payment for the service.
