Assignment of state special allowances
How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
A service recipient (or his/her representative based on a power of attorney)
- An ID document (passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, national ID of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, kandas certificate issued prior to provision of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan) (for identification).
- An employment certificate confirming the nature of work or working conditions for the assignment of state special allowance in form 7.
Upon an organization liquidation, an archival certificate is submitted indicating the place of work, position, profession, periods of work, an archive file number, its pages, stamped and signed by the director of an archive and an archivist, or an electronic copy of an archival document certified by a digital signature of an authorized employee of the state archive or departmental archive.
In the absence of archival documents, the nature of the work or working conditions and their compliance with List No. 1 of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators for underground and open-pit mining, for work with particularly harmful and particularly difficult working conditions or List No. 2 of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators for work with harmful and heavy working conditions approved by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1930 as of December 19, 1999 is established through the judicial authorities.
- Documents confirming an applicant's track record:
- an employment record;
- certificates issued by archives, electronic copies of archival documents certified by a digital signature of an authorized employee of the state archive or departmental archive or from the place of work in the absence of an employment record or its being damaged, absence of relevant entries in an employment record, presence of corrections, inaccuracies, discrepancies.

To confirm that stay-at-home mother takes care of young children, one of the following documents is submitted (depending on availability)
When submitting documents drawn up in a foreign language, a notary attests the correctness of the translation of a document into Kazakh or Russian in accordance with subclause 9) clause 1 of Article 34, Article 80 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Notary".
Information about an ID document, a birth certificate of a child (children) or an extract from a birth certificate (for registrations made on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan after August 13, 2007), a marriage certificate (for registrations made on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan after June 1, 2008) as well as information on the establishment of guardianship (custodianship) is received from the relevant state information systems through the e-Gov Gateway.
Result of the service delivery
Notification on the assignment (refusal to assign) of an allowance.
Public service delivery format: electronic and (or) in paper.
The public service delivery result is issued upon presentation of a national ID during a personal visit of a service recipient (or his/her representative under a power of attorney) based on a slip on receipt of the relevant documents.
Public Corporation informs a service recipient on the decision made by sending an SMS notification to a service recipient`s phone number.
