Reimbursement of costs for improving the competence of the enterprise

How to get the service online

1. Sign in on the portal and click «Order Service Online» button (to get the services you must be registered on the website sez.qazindustry.gov.kz).
2. Fill in the necessary data at sez.qazindustry.gov.kz and sign the request with EDS (electronic digital signature). Track the status of consideration of the application in the personal account on the portal «QazIndustry» Qazaqstan Industry and Export Center» JSC.

How to get the service at “QazIndustry” Industry and Export Center (required documents):

Upon receipt of reimbursement for the costs of increasing the competence of employees for professional training and/or retraining and/or advanced training of engineering and technical personnel, production personnel, including top managers, including abroad, on issues of increasing labor productivity:

1. Application.
2. The applicant's report on the results of the provision of services (performance of work) by the contractor, in the form.
3. A copy of the contract for the provision of services (performance of works), the costs of which are included in the application for their reimbursement, all appendices and/or additions, agreements to such a contract.
4. A copy of the act(s) of services rendered (works performed) by the contractor for reimbursable costs.
5. Copies of invoices for the total amount of services rendered (work performed) by the contractor for reimbursable costs.
6. Copies of payment documents for the total amount of services rendered (work performed) by the contractor and/or copies of documents for the total amount of services rendered (work performed) by the contractor as documents confirming payment for services rendered (work performed) provided in the letter of credit form of settlements, when offsetting claims, when deducting penalties (penalties) when performing work.
7. Extract from the register of Kazakhstani commodity producers.
8. A copy of the referral order for professional training and/or retraining and/or advanced training of engineering, technical, and production personnel, including the applicant's top managers.
9.  A copy of the certificate of professional training and/or retraining and/or advanced training).
10. Copies of documents confirming the cost of travel to the place of business trip and back to the place of permanent work once (except in cases when the administration provides the appropriate means of transportation to the business trip), on the basis of the presented travel documents when traveling by rail – at the rate of a reserved car (except for cars with 2-seater compartments with the lower location of upholstered sofas, upholstered seating chairs with a device for adjusting its position (sleeping car), as well as Tourist and Business classes of high-speed trains).

by waterways, highways, and dirt roads – according to the current fare in the area.;

and by air transport – according to the economy class tariff, with supporting documents attached.;

the cost of booking travel tickets and a place in a hotel, as well as using bedding on trains when traveling to the place of business trip and back to the place of permanent work, if there are documents confirming these expenses.

11. Copies of documents confirming the cost of an employee's stay during the period of professional training and/or retraining (but not more than one month) and/or advanced training (but not more than three months) of engineering and technical personnel, production personnel, including top managers, at the cost of the room according to the classification – standard for actual costs, including the cost of booking, except for the cost of per diem, if there are documents confirming these expenses.
12. Copies of documents confirming the applicant's exemption from taxes (in cases where the subject of industrial and innovative activity is exempt from taxes).

If the contractor is a non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, instead of the document specified in subparagraph 5) of this paragraph, documents confirming the provision of the service and the registration of such a legal entity shall be provided.
