Testing of civil servants, candidates for vacant administrative civil service positions, and citizens entering law enforcement and civil protection services

How to get the service online
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Order Service Online" button.
- Fill-in and send an application (digital signature is not required).
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.
- Apply to a government agency for testing with a receipt.
*The service is available to adults and citizens who have not reached retirement age.
The testing program for candidates applying for administrative civil service positions of corps "B", assessing proficiency in the state language and knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consists of the following components:
1) the state language of the Republic of Kazakhstan (20 questions; duration: 20 minutes);
2) the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan (15 questions); the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Service" (15 questions); the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" (15 questions); the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Presidential Decree No. 153 as of December 29, 2015 (10 questions).
Candidates must achieve at least 30 correct answers out of the total number of questions (55 questions) across all the regulatory legal acts, including 5 correct answers for each individual regulatory legal act.
Total duration of the legislation test: 55 minutes.
Result of the service delivery
For administrative service:
- Certificate.
- Statement based on test for assessment of personal qualities of a candidate for the position of "B" category.
- Or a certificate confirming that a test was taken with the results below the threshold.
The public service delivery result is sent via the portal to a candidate's personal account within 20 minutes.
For law-enforcement service:
- Certificate confirming that a test was taken to assess the knowledge of the state language and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
-Statement based on test for assessment of personal qualities of a candidate for the position at law-enforcement service.
- Or a certificate confirming that a test was taken with the results below the threshold.
