How to get online service

Participants of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them, persons awarded orders and medals of the former USSR for selfless work and perfect military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic War, persons who have worked (served) for at least six months from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945, and not awarded orders and medals of the former USSR for selfless work and perfect military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic War, people with disabilities, as well as one of the parents of a disabled person since childhood, repatriates (oralmans) up to iobreteniya citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be exempt from payment of the fee for state registration of mortgage on a vessel, small boat, the vessel under construction.

The certificate of state registration of mortgage of the vessel or of the duplicate of the certificate of state registration of mortgage of the vessel or the additional sheet to the certificate of state registration of mortgage of the ship or delivery of information about the termination of the mortgage of the ship or of the certificate of state registration of mortgage recreational craft or a duplicate certificate of state registration of mortgage recreational boat or additional sheet to the certificate about state registration of mortgage recreational boat or giving information about the termination of the small vessel mortgage or of the certificate of state registration of mortgage of the vessel (ship under construction) or of a duplicate certificate of state registration of mortgage of the vessel (ship under construction) or the additional sheet to the certificate about state registration of mortgage of the vessel (ship under construction) or giving information about the termination of the mortgage of the ship (ship under construction) or the motivated answer about refusal.
