How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):
When accepting applications, a service provider sends requests to the relevant information systems of government agencies and organizations through the e-Gov Gateway to get the following information:
- An applicant`s ID, including from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- On kandas status.
- On refugee status.
- On foreigner status.
- On stateless person status.
- On registration at a permanent or temporary place of residence for each family member.
- On bank details in an authorized organization providing benefits.
- On establishment of disability.
- On registration of birth (death) of a child (for all children).
- On establishment of custodianship (guardianship).
- On adoption.
- On marriage (divorce), except in cases of marriage registration outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- On studying at an educational institution (if dependents between the ages of eighteen and twenty-three are full-time students).
- On income (wages, social benefits, income from entrepreneurial activity, from renting immovable and (or) movable property, from sale of immovable and (or) movable property).
- On an individual entrepreneur status.
- Information on whether an applicant and his/her family members have applied for assignment of targeted social assistance or received it.
- On availability of a private subsidiary farm.
- On employment (if any) (for able-bodied family members involved in active measures aimed at employment promotion).
- On education, qualifications, availability of special knowledge or professional training (if any) (for able-bodied family members involved in active measures aimed at employment promotion).
- On alimony and (or) availability of arrears for three consecutive months preceding the quarter of applying for targeted social assistance.
- Information on whether family members of an applicant are in prison or undergo compulsory medical treatment.
- On ownership of housing and premises.
- On ownership of a land plot intended for individual housing construction.
- On ownership of a vehicle.
In the absence of information in the information systems, Akim or the Center issues a written request to a relevant government agency and (or) organization.
An applicant submits the above documents on paper.
Upon an application submission, a tear-off slip indicating registration date and date of public service provision as well as full name of a person who accepted the documents is provided to an applicant at the Career Center or by Akim of township, village, rural district.
Service providers get digital documents from the Digital Documents service through the implemented integration subject to the consent of a document owner provided via a phone number registered on the e-Gov portal by indicating a one-time password or sending a short text message as a response to the e-Gov portal notification.
