How to obtain the service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Choose a vehicle for sale and fill in a request. In a request, indicate IIN of vehicle`s buyer.
- Sign request by EDS (electronic digital signature).
- Receive confirmation from a buyer.
- In personal account (in the History of Services section) read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.
- In the event of positive processing of a request, you can visit Special-Purpose Unit of Government for Citizens Public Corporation. You should have original copies of national registration plate, vehicle registration certificate and vehicle de-registration act with you.
Citizen confirming a request for vehicle re-registration needs to:
- Log in on the portal and go to Personal account (in the History of Services section).
- Familiarize with a pending request.
- Fill in a request and select Special-Purpose Unit of Government for Citizens Public Corporation to obtain national registration plate and vehicle registration certificate.
- Make payment for:
- National duty for issuance of national registration plate;
- National duty for issuance of vehicle registration certificate;
- Registration fee.
*Payment should be made at the location of Special-Purpose Unit of Government for Citizens Public Corporation.
- Sign request by EDS (electronic digital signature).
- In personal account (in the History of Services section) read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.
- Visit Special-Purpose Unit of Government for Citizens Public Corporation, in the event of positive processing of a request. A citizen should have documents certifying payment of national duties and fee, vehicle registration act and transaction e-form with him/her.
The service is provided on the portal only to individuals.
How to get the service at the “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (required documents):
- An identity document (for personal identification), including an electronic version from the Digital Documents service.
- Documents confirming the payment of the registration fee and state duties for the issuance of vehicle registration certificates and license plates, in accordance with Articles 553 and 615 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget”.
- Certificate confirming the payment of the utilization fee for the initial registration of a vehicle.
- Electronic vehicle passport (electronic chassis passport) (upon the initial registration of a vehicle), issued through the information system of the national operator of the electronic vehicle passport system.
- Customs documents confirming the temporary importation of vehicles into the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) territory, issued by the customs authorities, when registering a temporarily imported vehicle for a limited period.
- Prior vehicle registration certificates and state registration license plates, if available.
- A legal entity's order to transfer a vehicle to one of its divisions or to another individual or legal entity, stamped by the organization (not applicable for private businesses), if the vehicle was previously owned by a legal entity.
- A document confirming ownership of the vehicle.
- A certificate of compliance indicating that the vehicle, including any alterations to its design, meets safety standards as per the form outlined in Appendix 18 of the Customs Union Technical Regulations “On Wheeled Vehicle Safety”, approved by the Customs Union Commission’s Decision No. 877 as of December 9, 2011, applicable when design modifications were made prior to vehicle registration.
- Vehicle inspection report.
Working hours of specialized departments of State Corporation:
Acceptance of documents: from 9.00 to 18.00 выдача without a break for lunch.
Issuance of result: from 9.00 hours to 20.00 hours.
Result of the service delivery
When registering of a vehicle – CRV, SRN.
When the vehicle is de – registered-SRVs with a mark on de-registration.
A motivated response of a refusal to provide a public service.
