How to get the service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature).
- In personal account (in the History of service section) read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.
- Address the state body to get a decision.
Application of electronic claim should be sent not later than 3 days after session.
E-claim concerning action in proceeding – not later than a day after it was done.
You may apply for issuance of court record in electronic form concerning hard cases later but not exceeding 10 calendar days after session.
Note. Participating persons or their representatives have the right to get acquainted with a court transcript during 5 days from the date of it’s issue and signature on paper or e-document signed with digital signature with indication of incorrect or incomplete proceedings and fixation (reflection) of their results.
