The Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Executive Office) is a state authority that is formed the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the President), subordinated and accountable to him.
The Executive Office’s mission is a qualitative and timely informational-analytical, legal, protocol-organizational, documentation and other provision of the President’s activity.
The main tasks of the Executive Office are:
- Provision of realization of the President’s powers:
- in the field of foreign policy;
- in the field of social and economic and other directions of the domestic policy;
- in the field of state’s defensibility and security;
- in the field of legal policy, lawfulness, law and order;
- in the field of human resources policy;
- in relation to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Parliament);
- in relation to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Government) and central executive bodies;
- in relation to the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- in relation to courts and judges;
- in relation to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- in relation to local representative and executive bodies, heads of regional governments, cities of republican significance and in the field of regional policy;
- in relation to state bodies that are directly subordinated and accountable to him.
- Provision of the activity of the Secretary of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Secretary of State), Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and consultative-advisory bodies under the President.
- Other tasks, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) defined by the President.

Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan ensures the supremacy of Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the entire territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Constitutional Court consists of eleven judges, including the Chairman and Deputy Chairman, whose powers last eight years. Chairman of Constitutional Court is appointed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the consent of Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Four judges of Constitutional Court are appointed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, three judges of Constitutional Court are appointed respectively by Senate and Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the proposal of Chairmen of the Chambers of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court is appointed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the proposal of Chairman of the Constitutional Court from among the judges of the Constitutional Court.
Constitutional Court at a request of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of Senate, Chairman of Majilis, at least one fifth of the total number of deputies of Parliament, the Prime Minister:
- in case of dispute, verifies correctness of the elections of the President of the Republic, deputies of Parliament and the republican referendum;
- considers the laws adopted by the Parliament for their compliance with the Constitution of the Republic prior to signing by the President;
- considers decrees adopted by the Parliament and its Chambers for compliance with the Constitution of the country;
- considers international treaties of the country to verify their compliance with Constitution prior to ratification;
- provides an official interpretation of the Constitution clauses;
- issues statements in cases stipulated by Clauses 1 and 2 of Article 47 of the Constitution.
Also, pursuant to the following, Constitutional Court shall:
- subclause 6) of Article 53 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the results of generalization of constitutional proceedings practice, annually send a statement to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the state of constitutional legitimacy in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Clause 2 of Article 72 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consider appeals of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in cases provided for in subclause 10-1) of Article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as appeals of courts in cases provided for in Article 78 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Clause 3 of Article 72 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, upon citizens' appeals, consider regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan directly affecting their rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan for compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Clause 4 of Article 72 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consider the appeals of Prosecutor-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Clause 5 of Article 72 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consider the appeals of Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Prosecutor's office is a single centralized and independent system of officials from other state bodies, accountable only to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Prosecutor's office on behalf of the state in implementing statutory limits and forms of the Supreme supervision over the observance of legality in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan represents the state's interests in court and on behalf of the state exercises criminal prosecution.
The unified system of bodies of Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan constitute the General Prosecutor's office, prosecutors of regions and equal to them (prosecutors of the cities of Republican significance and the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the main military and transport Prosecutor's office), district and equated the city, on and specialized Prosecutor's offices (military, environmental, transportation, special Prosecutor objects).
General Prosecutor's Office is headed by General Prosecutor assigned by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and with assent of Senate for 5 years.

Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the supreme institution of public audit and financial control, that implements external public audit and financial control and is directly accountable and subordinated to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the highest judicial body in civil, criminal and other cases, jurisdictional local and other courts, exercises the functions of a cassation instance in relation to them and provides clarifications on issues of judicial practice through the adoption of regulatory decisions.
The Supreme Court consists of a President and judges.
The total number of judges of the Supreme Court is established by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the proposal of the President of the Supreme Court.
Judicial colleges and specialized memberships are being created in the Supreme Court.
The organs of the Supreme Court are:
• plenary and expanded plenary meetings;
• judicial board in civil matters;
• judicial board in criminal matters;
• specialized judicial board.
The judicial board is headed by the chairman appointed to the post in the manner prescribed by this Constitutional Law.
The numerical and personal composition of the judicial board is established upon the proposal of the Chairman of the Supreme Court by the plenary session of the Supreme Court. Specialized memberships are formed by the President of the Supreme Court.
Under the Supreme Court, a scientific advisory council, an international council and a print organ are formed.
There is an Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court.

The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs
The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs is a state body directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which performs management in the field of civil service, assessment and state control over the quality of public services.
The Agency has territorial bodies in regions, cities of national importance and the capital. The Agency is responsible for 2 organizations:
- National Center for Civil Service Personnel Management, Joint Stock Company;
- Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Republican State Budget-Supported Enterprise.
The mission of the Agency: implementation of a unified public policy in the areas of public service, assessment of the quality of public services, except for public services provided in electronic form, and state control over the quality of public services.
The main tasks of the Agency are:
- development and implementation of public policy in the areas of public service, assessment of the quality of public services, except for public services provided in electronic form, and state control over the quality of public services;
- coordination of activities of state bodies and organizations in the field of compliance with the legislation on civil service and public services.

Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) is a government anti-corruption agent directly subordinated to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The agency forms and implements the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, coordinates the anti-corruption field, as well as detects, restrains, reveals and investigates corruption offenses.
The Agency aims to strengthen the fight against corruption and improve its prevention.
The Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency shall be appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he shall have three deputies, including one first deputy, appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on his proposal.
The Agency has territorial bodies in regions, cities of national importance, and the capital.

Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market
The Agency is a state agency providing an adequate level of protection of rights and legitimate interests of consumers of financial services, contributing to stability of the financial system and development of the financial market, performing state regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations, and other entities within its competence.
The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market is defined as the successor of rights and obligations of the NBK according to the transferred functions and powers.
The Agency's objectives:
1) regulation and development of the financial market, including setting standards for financial organizations, creating incentives to improve corporate governance of financial organizations;
2) monitoring of financial market and financial organizations in order to maintain stability of the financial system;
3) concentration of supervision resources in areas of the financial market most exposed to risks in order to maintain financial stability;
4) ensuring an appropriate level of protection of interests of consumers of financial services, completeness and accessibility of information for consumers about activities of financial organizations and financial services provided by them, as well as improving financial literacy and financial accessibility for the population;
5) other tasks in accordance with the Law "On State regulation, control and supervision of financial market and financial organizations" (hereinafter - the Law), other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Agency for Protection and Promotion of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Agency for Protection and Promotion of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a government agency subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan which manages protection of competition, restricts monopolistic activities, controls and regulates activities related to state monopoly, and also performs state control and licensing of activities in the field of commodity exchanges.
Mission of the Agency: establishing equal conditions for market entities through protecting and developing competition, limiting monopolistic activities and preventing unfair competition.
Tasks:
- increase the economic efficiency and competitiveness of market entities;
- assistance in development of fair competition;
- prevention, detection and investigation, restraint of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of competition protection;
- regulation of economic concentration;
- demonopolization of market entities that restrict competition.

The Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Agency for strategic planning and reforms is a central link in the entire system of state planning. Agency manages in strategic planning, statistical activities of State and for providing reforms.
The Agency’s goal is to develop effective reforms for increasing country's competitiveness and the welfare of the people.
The Agency develops state policy in strategic planning, monitors and evaluates the implementation of strategic development plans, and it is the central body responsible for developing a new system of public administration.
Having National bureau of statistics as the part of its structure, the Agency also designing and implementing the state policy in the statistical sphere.
The Agency for strategic planning and reforms is under the President of Republic of Kazakhstan and reports directly to the President.
