How to get the service online
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button.
- Fill-in an application and sign it using DS (digital signature).
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.
How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" State Corporation (required documents):
- An application.
- An ID document (for identification), together with details of the service recipient’s bank account.
- Written consent from the service recipient authorizing the use of information protected by law and contained in information systems for the provision of public services, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):
A service recipient with a permanent Group I or Group II disability shall provide:
- An application for pension benefit payments in the form approved by the service provider’s internal regulations.
- An ID document (for identification).
- Information about a service recipient's bank account.
A service recipient who is a foreign national or a stateless person with pension savings who has permanently relocated outside the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide:
- An application.
- An original copy of foreign passport (for identification).
- Information about a service recipient's bank account.
- In this case, a stateless person shall, in place of a foreign passport, submit an ID document issued by a foreign state that confirms the legal status of the individual as a stateless person.
A service recipient who is a family member of a deceased person with pension savings, or a person who has borne the funeral expenses, shall provide:
- An application.
- An ID document (for identification).
- Information about a bank account of a family member of a deceased person having pension savings.
- In the absence of information in the "Individuals" State Database regarding the death of a person with pension savings, the original copy of death certificate or a notarized copy of the death certificate of the deceased person with pension savings shall be provided.
- If the information systems of government agencies do not contain information confirming the family relationship between the applicant and the deceased person with pension savings, the original document evidencing such family relationship shall be provided.
A service recipient who is an heir to the pension savings of a deceased person with pension savings shall provide:
- An application.
- An ID document (for identification).
- An original copy or a notarized copy of certificate of inheritance or an original copy or a notarized copy of agreement on division of inherited property/a court decision that has entered into legal force.
- Information about a service recipient's bank account.
- In the absence of information in the "Individuals" State Database regarding the death of a person with pension savings, the original copy of death certificate or a notarized copy of the death certificate of the deceased person with pension savings shall be provided.
When a service recipient applies to the State Corporation or to a service provider through a third party or legal representative, in addition to the above documents, a third party (authorized representative or legal representative) shall submit the following:
- An ID document of a third party (for identification).
- An original copy of power of attorney or its notarized copy, or a document confirming a legal representative status.
A copy of an ID document of a service recipient is also notarized (provided that notarization is carried out in the state of residence).
Where the service recipient submits documents to the service provider by post, the following shall be provided:
- An ID document of a service recipient.
- The service recipient’s signature on the application form, notarized in the country of residence.
Where documents are issued in a foreign language by the persons specified in Paragraphs 20, 25 and 26 of these Rules, or by their authorized representatives (legal representatives), they must be accompanied by a translation into either the state language or Russian.
A recipient (individual or legal entity) designated by a court decision that has entered into legal force for the purpose of receiving the pension savings of a person with pension savings in the UAPF shall provide:
- A written request in any form.
- A judicial act that has entered into legal force.
- Information about a recipient's bank account (an individual or a legal entity determined by a judicial act).
Submission of the documents listed in this Appendix is not required where such documents can be obtained from state information systems, including the Digital Documents service.
If the banking details previously provided by the recipient to the State Corporation or the service provider change, the recipient must notify the State Corporation or the service provider of such changes within 10 calendar days of the change.
With regard to applications submitted to the service provider, the recipient of pension payments applies to the service provider with an ID document and an application in the form approved by the internal documents of the service provider, or via the service provider's website to make changes to bank details upon availability of a digital signature.
Acceptance of requests and issuance of public service delivery results is carried out through:
2) Unified Pension Savings Fund for:
- persons who have disabilities of the first and second groups indefinitely;
- foreigners and stateless persons who have left for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- family members of a deceased person with pension savings, persons who carried out the burial of a deceased person with pension savings;
- heirs of the pension savings of a deceased person, and persons applying on the basis of a court decision (individuals or legal entities).
3) e-Gov portal for:
- persons with disabilities of the first and second groups indefinitely;
- persons who have reached retirement age.
4) Mobile communication device for persons who have reached retirement age.
Result of the service delivery
For applications registered with the State Corporation, the State Corporation shall notify the applicant of the pension benefit payment granted in connection with reaching retirement age by sending an SMS notification to the mobile phone number specified in the application (where available) no later than one working day following the transfer of pension payments to the recipient’s bank account.
For applications submitted by persons with permanent Group I or Group II disabilities, family members of a deceased person with pension savings, persons who have borne funeral expenses, foreign nationals, stateless persons who have permanently relocated outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, heirs of pension savings, and persons applying on the basis of a court decision regarding pension savings recognised as escheated property under Article 1083 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the service provider shall notify the applicant of the pension benefit payment by SMS to the mobile phone number specified in the application (where available).
