Result of the service delivery
Online:
A notification on the transfer of a student from one educational institution to another is sent to the service recipient’s personal account, indicating the full name (if available), date of birth, grade, language of instruction, and school details (telephone number, postal address, and electronic address (official internet resource). The notification is signed with the digital signature of the authorized representative of the service provider. In the event of refusal to provide the public service, a reasoned refusal specifying the grounds for refusal is sent.
On paper:
The service provider issues a detachment certificate confirming acceptance, to be submitted to the educational institution from which the student is transferring, or, where there are grounds, issues a reasoned refusal. In such case, a receipt confirming the refusal to accept the application and (or) documents is issued in the prescribed form.
The detachment certificate confirming acceptance is valid for 3 (three) working days.
Based on the detachment certificate confirming acceptance, the service provider from which the student is transferring issues the detachment certificate of the departing student and submits the student’s personal file to the service recipient.
The service recipient submits the documents (the student’s personal file) to the service provider of the educational institution to which the student is transferring. The service providers issue orders and carry out reconciliation regarding the enrolment and expulsion of the student into/from a secondary education institution.
