How to obtain a service online:
- Log in to the portal and click the "Get a service" link.
- Go to the Public Cadastral Map and select a land parcel, complete the application fields, and upload the required documents.
- Sign the application with a digital signature and click "Submit Application."
- Information about the submitted application is available in the "Applications" section.
How to get the service in NJSC State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (necessary documents):
1. Application.
An electronic request from a third party in the personal account of the Portal and/or in the form of an SMS message in the case of registration and connection of the subscriber number of the subject provided by the mobile operator to the account of the Portal, subject to the consent of the subject provided from the personal account of the subject on the Portal and/or in the form of an SMS message in the case of registration and connection of the subscriber number of the subject provided by the mobile operator to the account of the Portal by sending a short text message;
2. If requested by a representative, an electronic copy of the power of attorney from the service recipient.
If the application is made by a lawyer, an electronic copy of the lawyer's certificate and an electronic copy of the written application for protection (representation).
If temporary, bankrupt, and rehabilitation managers apply, an electronic copy of the court decision declaring the insolvent debtor bankrupt, the court decision on the imposition of external supervision and the order of the competent bankruptcy authority appointing temporary, bankrupt, and rehabilitation managers.
If the liquidation commission (liquidators) of the forcibly liquidated legal entity applies, an electronic copy of the order appointing the liquidation commission and the power of attorney issued by the chairman of the liquidation commission.
If the heirs apply, an electronic copy of the inheritance certificate is provided.
3. An electronic copy of the identification document of the land plot for the identification of the land cadastral case.
Result of the service delivery
A copy of the land registry documents or a substantiated refusal to provide public services.
