Acceptance of documents for enrollment in 1st grade
Admission of documents to the first grade in the Republic of Kazakhstan will begin on May 27 and continue until August 31.
Applications are accepted on working days (Monday to Friday).
Children who have completed pre-school preparation at the same educational institution and whose parents or legal representatives have expressed their intention to continue their eduction shall be automatically enrolled in the first grade upon submission of an application.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a phased regional application acceptance mechanism is being introduced.

How to get the service online

Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button.

Fill-in all the required fields and attach the necessary files.

Required supporting documents:

medical certificate in form No. 065/y "Immunization record" and form No. 052-2/y "Child's Health Passport;

a digital photograph of a child (3х4 cm);

How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):

An application of the service recipient;

A child's birth certificate (to be presented in person by the service recipient for verification purposes when submitting hard-copy documents);
- An identity document (to be presented in person by the service recipient for verification purposes when submitting hard-copy documents);
- Medical certificate in form No. 065/y "Immunization record" and form No. 052-2/y "Child's Health Passport;
- Two 3x4 cm photographs of a child;
Result of the service delivery
When submitting a request through the portal, notification of the decision will be sent to the “My Requests” section in the form of an electronic document.
When applying through the service provider (in paper from): in the event of approval, the service recipient shall be issued an acknowledgment of receipt of documents and in the event of refusal, the service recipient shall be issued a notice of refusal to accept the documents.
