Documents submission and enrollment to the pre-school educational institutions
How to get the service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
- In personal account (in the History of services section) read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.

How to get the service in a Pre-school organizations (required documents):
- referral for enrollment (valid within five business days from the date of issue);
- the identity document of a parent or legal representative (for identification);
- a document proving the child's birth (for identification);
- the health passport of the child in the manner prescribed by the Instructions for completing and keeping form 026/u-3 "health Passport of the child", approved by order of the Minister of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan from June 24, 2003 No. 469 (registered in the State register of regulatory legal acts for No. 2423);
- certificate of the child's health status;
- conclusion of psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation (for children with special educational needs).
Result of the service delivery
Enrollment of a child in a pre-school organization on the basis of a signed agreement between the pre-school organization and one of the parents or legal representative of the child, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services.
