How to get the service in a state agency 

1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
2. Fill and send the request (EDS is not required).
3. Make a payment by clicking on the "Pay" button on the page of the Payment Gateway of the "electronic government".
4. See the notification on service connection.
5. After getting SMS-notification, see the details for all changes in credit history in a personal account.

This service is necessary to track changes in your credit history. In case of any changes, a notification is sent by SMS and e-mail. 

The service will help in the formation of financial literacy and habits of the right borrower, since with its help you can easily control the amount of your debt, monitor the prevention of delinquencies and be constantly aware of the state of your "credit health".

The service is also useful for Kazakhstanis who want to protect themselves from fraud, since the user, receiving notifications about actions that he did not commit, has the opportunity to respond promptly and take appropriate measures.

Attention, the free personal credit report provided as part of the service are available for receipt on the portal of the First Credit Bureau www.1cb.kz.

When unsubscribing from the service, paid funds are not refunded.

The billing period is the calendar month in which the subscription was issued. For example, if you subscribed to the service on 20 September for 3 months, then the first subscription month will expire on 30 September at 00:00 Astana time. The user will be notified by email or SMS as part of their credit history alert subscription.
