Repayment of difference for the amount of actually paid mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions, with respect to the inflation rate and the amount of pension savings
How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
A service recipient (or his/her representative based on a power of attorney)
- Application in the established format.
An application and documents provided for in subclauses 1)-3) of part three of the Clause are not provided by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreigners and stateless persons who have reached retirement age in accordance with Clause1 of Article 11 of the Law and get pension and other social benefits.
The above category of individuals get the public service proactively within the time period established by Clause 3.
During an application submission, information about an ID document, registration at a permanent place of residence and disability certificates is received from the relevant state information systems through the e-Gov Gateway.
(in case of personal visit)
- An identity document (for identification).
- For residents of Baikonur: a certificate from the Department for accounting and registration of citizens of the housing sector.
- Information about a recipient's bank account number opened in second-tier banks or organizations engaged in certain types of banking operations.
The following should be attached to an application of foreigners who receive pension at the expense of mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions and who are entitled to the difference repayment and who have left for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan:
( in case of personal visit)
- A foreign passport, unless otherwise provided by international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan (a notarized copy is provided when an authorized person applies).
- Information about a bank account number opened in second-tier banks or organizations engaged in certain types of banking operations on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- An original copy of the power of attorney or its notarized copy (if the power of attorney contains the authority to represent the interests of a person simultaneously in several organizations).
- Application according to form.
- Identity document (required for identification).
- Notarized copy of the death certificate of the person entitled to the payment of the difference.
- Original or notarized copy of the certificate of inheritance rights or the original or notarized copy of the agreement on the division of inherited property, the court decision that has entered into legal force.
- Information about the heir's bank account number.
- Application in the established format.
- A document certifying the identity of a guardian or trustee or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, national ID of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, certificate of a stateless person, residence permit of a foreigner (for identification).
- A document on the establishment of custodianship or guardianship.
- Documents specified in Clause 8 of the list.
The Public Corporation informs a service recipient on the decision made through an SMS to a phone number registered in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and specified in an application.
Acceptance of documents is carried out based on an electronic queue at the place of a service recipient registration.

Notification on the assignment (refusal to assign) of a difference repayment.
