How to get the service online
- Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the migration.enbek.kz website).
How to get the service from the government agency or from "Government for Citizens" State Corporation (required documents):
- Autobiography (in any form).
- Copies of identity documents of an applicant and their family members (if any), accompanied by a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian.
- Copies of documents confirming that the applicant satisfies the condition set out in subparagraph 18) of paragraph 2 of these Rules (birth certificate, foreign passport, stateless person’s identity document, and other official documents issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin of ethnic Kazakhs confirming the applicants’ nationality), where there is no recommendation of the Commission for determining belonging to the Kazakh nationality of persons applying for "Qandas" status and citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the simplified (registration) procedure, as provided for in subparagraph 11-1) of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Population Migration".
- Notification on successful completion of the eligibility assessment for immigrants seeking permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Documents shall be submitted in originals and copies for verification, after which the original documents (except for the autobiography) shall be returned to an applicant; electronic copies and data from state databases may also be used.
Result of the service delivery
Issuance of a qandas certificate.
The State Corporation ensures the storage of documents in the information system of the State Corporation for 1 year.
At the request of an applicant, an employee of the State Corporation issues a qandas certificate previously received from the local executive body by downloading it from the information system of State Corporation. The public service delivery result is displayed in the applicant’s personal account on the migration.enbek.kz portal.
