Issue, cancellation, prolongation and re-issuance of the permit to use the radio frequency spectrum of the Republic of Kazakhstan

How to get online service (on the portal “electronic licensing” www.elicense.kz)

1. On this page go to necessary kinds of services, and after that the portal "electronic license" will be opened:
   • Permission to use radio spectrum for radio communication type;
   • Permission to use radio spectrum for mobile communication type;
   • Permission to use radio spectrum for the type of trunking communication;

     • Permission to use radio spectrum for the type of communication radio VHF;
     • Permission to use radio spectrum for communication type HF link;
     • Permission to use radio spectrum for the type of communication trunk lines, microwave;
     • Permission to use radio spectrum for the zonal type of communication microwave links;
     • Permission to use radio spectrum for the type of communication, local microwave links;
     • Permission to use radio spectrum for the type of communication line to microwave transmission of television signals;
     • Permission to use radio spectrum for the type of communication satellite earth stations;
     • Permission to use radio spectrum for the type of communication system mobile satellite communications;
     • Permission to use radio spectrum for the type of communication network wireless radio (WLL);
     • Permission to use radio spectrum for the type of communication network (USW);
     • Permission to use radio spectrum for the type of communication satellite digital television broadcasting;
     • Permission to use radio spectrum for communication type HF link;
     • Permission to use of a radio-frequency range for the sake of appearances cellular communication of the third generation (3G);

2. Enter the system  or register on the portal «electronic licensing».
3. At the page of “electronic licensing” portal which is opened after clicking “Order online service” choose necessary subtype of activity and click “Next”.  
4. At the page of service familiarize with required documents and pass through “Order online service”
5. Entering necessary data to fill the application and sign it with your EDS.
6. To track the status of submitted application is possible in Personal account in the field “My applications”. You can know about getting a permission in the field “My approved documents”, about getting a notification- in the field “My notifications”.
