Acceptance of documents for enrollment in 1st grade
Admission of documents to the first grade in the Republic of Kazakhstan will begin on May 27 and continue until August 31.
How to get the service online

Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button.

Fill-in all the required fields and attach the necessary files.

Required supporting documents:
-
an application from parents or legal guardians;
-
a medical certificate (065/u form);
-
a child's health certificate (052-2/u form);
-
two photographs (3×4 cm).

Sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):

An identity document (the original is required for identification and is returned to the applicant) or an electronic document obtained from the Digital Documents service.

Medical certificates: Form No. 065/u "Preventive Vaccination Card" and Form No. 052-2/u "Child Health Passport", approved by Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 “On approval of forms of medical records in the field of healthcare and instructions for their completion” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 21579).

A digital photograph of the child (3х4 cm).
Applications are accepted on working days (Monday to Friday).
Children who have completed pre-school preparation at the same educational institution and have expressed a desire to continue their studies will be automatically enrolled in the first grade upon submission of an application by their parents or legal representatives.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Artifical Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a phased application submission mechanism by region is being introduced.

Result of the service delivery
Notification of the decision made is sent:
1. To the "personal cabinet" in the form of an electronic document.
2. Via SMS-notification to the recipient`s mobile phone number.
