Acceptance of documents in the organization of technical and vocational, post-secondary education

How to get the service in a state agency (required documents):

1. application for acceptance of documents;
2. original document of education;
3. photos of 3x4 cm in the amount of 4 pieces;
4. medical certificate form № 075-U, for disabled persons of I and II groups and invalids from childhood, the conclusion of a medical and social examination in the form № 031-U;
5. an identity document (for identification purposes).

Documents proving the identity of the service recipient must be presented in person or by legal representatives.

Service recipients-foreigners and stateless persons, also submit a document defining their status, with a note on registration at the place of residence:

• foreigner - residence permit of a foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• stateless person-certificate of a stateless person;
• refugee - certificate of refugee;
• the asylum-seeker – a certificate of the asylum-seeker;
• the kandas identity card of kandas.

How to get the service in a state agency (required documents):

1. an application addressed to the head of the organization of technical and professional, post-secondary education for the provision of a place in a hostel in the form, according to annex 1;
2. a document on the status of kandas
3. an identity document (for identification).

How to get the service in a governmental agency and in a «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC (required documents):

1. statement of the established form;
2. birth certificate - for children from large families (if born before August 13, 2007);
3. certificates of approval of guardianship( guardianship), foster care – for orphans and children left without parental care, raised in families;
4. certificates of disability – for disabled and disabled children from childhood, children with disabilities or conclusion of psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation – for children with developmental disabilities;
5. certificates confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of state targeted social assistance provided by local Executive bodies for children from families entitled to receive targeted social assistance;
6. information on income received (wages of working parents or their substitutes, income from business and other activities, income in the form of child support and other dependents) – for children from families that do not receive state targeted social assistance, in which the average per capita income is below the subsistence minimum.

For students studying in educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education, providing training of skilled workers and students in the framework of training in technical and vocational education tailored to the needs of the labour market the first direction of the State program of development of productive employment and the mass of entrepreneurship in 2017 - 2021, "Enbek", approved by decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from November 13, 2018 No. 746:

1. statement of the established form;
2. the order of enrollment in an educational institution.

The documents listed in paragraphs 2,3,4 are provided in originals and copies, after verification of which the originals are returned to the applicant.
