Acceptance of documents in the organization of technical and vocational, post-secondary education

How to get the service in a state agency (required documents):

1. An application;
2. Original copy of document of education;
3. One digital photograph (3 × 4 cm);
4. Medical certificate (medical advisory opinion) in form No. 075/u;

• for applicants with special educational needs: a Medical Advisory Commission (MAC) statement in form No. 026/u; 
• for applicants with Group I or Group II disabilities, as well as persons with disabilities since childhood: a Medical and Social Expert Examination (MSEE) statement in Form No. 031/u;

5. Electronic copy of a document confirming eligibility for preferential status, applicable to children (including adopted children, stepchildren and children under guardianship) of employees of special government and law-enforcement agencies, civil protection authorities, the State Courier Service, military personnel, and healthcare workers who died or became disabled as a result of injuries sustained in the performance of official duties;
6. Identity document or a digital identity document available through the Digital Documents service (for identification). Foreign nationals and stateless persons must also provide a document confirming their legal status (residence permit, stateless person's ID, refugee certificate, kandas certificate or asylum seeker's certificate).

How to get the service in a state agency (required documents):

1. an application addressed to the head of the organization of technical and professional, post-secondary education for the provision of a place in a hostel in the form, according to annex 1;
2. a document on the "Qandas" status;
3. an identity document (for identification).

How to get the service in a governmental agency and in a «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC (required documents):

1. statement of the established form;
2. birth certificate - for children from large families (if born before August 13, 2007);
3. certificates of approval of guardianship( guardianship), foster care – for orphans and children left without parental care, raised in families;
4. certificates of disability – for disabled and disabled children from childhood, children with disabilities or conclusion of psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation – for children with developmental disabilities;
5. certificates confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of state targeted social assistance provided by local Executive bodies for children from families entitled to receive targeted social assistance;
6. information on income received (wages of working parents or their substitutes, income from business and other activities, income in the form of child support and other dependents) – for children from families that do not receive state targeted social assistance, in which the average per capita income is below the subsistence minimum.

For students studying in educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education, providing training of skilled workers and students in the framework of training in technical and vocational education tailored to the needs of the labour market the first direction of the State program of development of productive employment and the mass of entrepreneurship in 2017 - 2021, "Enbek", approved by decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from November 13, 2018 No. 746:

1. statement of the established form;
2. the order of enrollment in an educational institution.

The documents listed in paragraphs 2,3,4 are provided in originals and copies, after verification of which the originals are returned to the applicant.
