Acceptance of documents and enrollment in educational organizations (primary, basic secondary, general secondary, special)
ATTENTION! Applications for the first class will be available from April 1 to August 1 this year.
Dear parents!
It should be reminded that acceptance of documents for enrollment to a first year in a secondary education organization terminates on August 1, 2022 pursuant to the Standard rules for enrollment to secondary education organizations.
For enrollment of a child to a first year you need to submit documents via e-Gov Portal or directly to an educational organization (school) until the term expiration.
ATTENTION!
- One child must submit only one application (to one educational institution);
- The total volume of attached documents must not exceed 5 megabytes.

How to get the service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
- In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.

When accessing the portal (list of documents):
- «Documents acceptance and enrollment to educational organizations regardless of departmental affiliation for studying general education programs of primary, basic secondary, general secondary education»:
For full-time study:
- Electronic copies of documents of health of the form № 063/y and № 026 / y-3;
- Digital photograph of a child, 3x4 cm.
For non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in addition, it is necessary:
- Electronic copy of the migration card
- «Acceptance of documents for transferring children between organizations of basic secondary and general secondary education»:
- An electronic copy of the absentee ballots (in the absence of data in state information systems).
- «Free transportation to general educational institutions and back home for children living in distance rural localities»:
- an electronic copy of the certificate from the place of study in the form in accordance with the appendix to this standard of public service
- Provision of free and subsidized meals to the individual categories of school children at secondary schools
- for children from families entitled to receive state targeted social assistance - a certificate confirming that the service recipient (family) belongs to the recipients of state targeted social assistance, provided by local Executive bodies;
- for children from families that do not receive state targeted social assistance, in which the average per capita income is lower than the subsistence minimum - documents on income received (certificate of wages of working parents or persons replacing them, income from business and other activities, income in the form of alimony for children and other dependents);
- for orphans and children left without parental care, living in families-the decision of the authorized body on the approval of guardianship (guardianship), foster care for orphans and children left without parental care, raised in families;
- for children of families requiring emergency care in emergency situations, and other categories of students and pupils defined by the collegial management body of education - the decision of the collegial body, on the basis of survey material and social status of the family.
- «Receiving documents and issuing directions for providing recreation in suburban and school camps to certain categories of students and pupils of state educational institutions»:
- for children from families entitled to receive state targeted social assistance - a certificate confirming that the service recipient (family) belongs to the recipients of state targeted social assistance, provided by local Executive bodies;
- for children from families that do not receive state targeted social assistance, in which the average per capita income is lower than the subsistence minimum - documents on income received (certificate of wages of working parents or persons replacing them, income from business and other activities, income in the form of alimony for children and other dependents);
- for orphans and children left without parental care, living in families-the decision of the authorized body on the approval of guardianship( guardianship), foster care for orphans and children left without parental care, raised in families;

- Electronic copy of the medical certificate for a student leaving for a health camp-form «079»
- « Acceptance of documents for the organization of individual free of charge home study program of children who are not able to attend primary, basic and general educational organizations for a long tome for medical reasons»:
- the conclusion of the medical Advisory Commission with a recommendation for home education is additionally submitted
- «Documents acceptance and enrollment to special educational institutions with limited capabilities to study on special educational programs»:
- the conclusion of the pedagogical-medical-psychological commission is additionally submitted.
Result of the service delivery
On the portal:
- Notification of the provision of public services "acceptance of documents and enrollment in educational organizations (primary, basic secondary, General secondary, special)", or notification of refusal to provide public services with a reasoned response.
- Help to provide free transportation to the General education of educational institution and back home, or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering of the state service.
In the SB:
- Receipt of acceptance of documents and issuance of an order to enroll in the organization of secondary education (primary, basic secondary, General secondary) at the beginning of the school year, or a reasoned response to the refusal.
- an Order to enroll in a special organization or organization of primary, basic secondary, or General secondary education, or a reasoned refusal response;
- An order to enroll in individual free education at home.
- certificate of free transportation to the General education organization and back home, or a reasoned response to the refusal.
- A certificate on the provision of free and reduced-price meals in a secondary school or a reasoned response on the refusal to provide a public service.
- Referral (permit) to suburban and school camps or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services.
- Issuing a receipt for accepting documents for transfer from one secondary education organization to another.
