Assignment of state basic pension payment

• document on education;
• military card or certificate of the Department (Department) for defense Affairs;
• birth certificates of children (an extract from the birth certificate, or a certificate of civil registration issued by the civil registration authorities);
• certificate of rehabilitation issued by the Prosecutor's office in accordance with article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " on rehabilitation of victims of mass political repression";
• military Commissariat certificate of participation in combat operations;
• the court's decision confirming the fact of implementation and the period of nursing a person with group a lonely, disabled and old age pensioners in need of assistance, the elderly who have reached eighty years of age, a disabled child under the age of eighteen years;
• document confirming the residence abroad of the spouse of an employee of institutions located in the territory of the Soviet Union, institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or an international organization;
• a document confirming the residence of the spouse of a military serviceman or employee of a special state body in areas where there was no possibility of employment in the specialty;
• a document confirming employment in the country of departure of ethnic Kazakhs who arrived in the Republic of Kazakhstan for permanent residence in their historical homeland.

• the document proving the identity of the children;
• a marriage certificate (certificate of civil registration) or a certificate of divorce or an extract from the marriage certificate (if the family name is changed) .;
• certificate of completion of secondary educational institutions for children;
• diploma of secondary special or higher education or certificate of the educational institution confirming the education of children;
• children's death certificate (or death certificate or certificate of civil registration issued by civil registration authorities);
• document confirming military service for children;
• documents confirming the time of care of a non-working mother for young children:
• birth certificates of children (an extract from the birth certificate or certificate of civil registration issued by the civil registration authorities);

• the document proving the identity of the children;
• marriage certificate (certificate of civil registration) or certificate of divorce or an extract from the certificate of marriage (if there are children) ;
• certificate of completion of secondary educational institutions for children;
• diploma of secondary special or higher education or certificate of the educational institution confirming the education of children;
• children's death certificate (or death certificate or certificate of civil registration issued by civil registration authorities);
• a document confirming military service for children;
• a court decision confirming the fact and period of actual care of a non-working father for young children;

However, this period is not included in the length of participation in the pension system of the child's mother;

• the court's decision confirming the fact of and time of care of the invalid of the first group, the lonely disabled and old age pensioners in need of assistance, as well as the elderly who have reached eighty years of age, a disabled child under the age of eighteen.

Submission of a court decision is not required when confirming information about the receipt of a monthly state benefit assigned and paid to a mother or father, adoptive parent, guardian (Trustee) who is raising a disabled child, or a person caring for a disabled person of the first group from childhood by state information systems;

fDocuments confirming the periods of military service, service in special state and law enforcement agencies, and the state courier service (depending on their availability):

• employment record;
• military ID;
• reference of the archive institution about the period of service;
• certificate of the Department (Department) for defense Affairs or from the duty station;
• extracts from orders confirming the emergence and termination of service relationships based on the conclusion and termination of a service contract;
• document confirming the fact and period of residence abroad of the spouse of employees of the diplomatic services of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international organizations, spouses of military personnel (except for conscripts), employees of special state bodies with their spouses in areas where there was no possibility of their employment in the specialty;
• documents confirming work experience after January 1, 1998 in Russian organizations of the "Baikonur" complex";

Documents confirming the period of employment before December 31, 2004 of individuals with disabilities of the first and second groups, if the disability is established indefinitely (depending on their availability):

• employment record;
• certificate of employment in the absence or unsuitability of the work book, the lack of appropriate employment records, stock corrections, inaccuracies, discrepancies;
• the court's decision.

The period for which mandatory pension contributions were transferred to individuals who were engaged in private practice, individuals who receive income under contracts of a civil nature, the subject of which is the performance of works (services), with the exception of the case provided for in subparagraph 5) of paragraph 2 of article 24 of the Law, as well as individual entrepreneurs who made mandatory pension contributions in their favor, members (participants) and heads of peasant or farm farms, it is equal to one year, provided that the amount of mandatory pension contributions payable for the relevant tax period is transferred to the unified accumulative pension Fund for at least one year.

If the amount of mandatory pension contributions made by these persons is less than the annual amount of mandatory pension contributions payable for the relevant tax period, the period for which mandatory pension contributions were transferred is determined in proportion to the amount of mandatory pension contributions made.

If mandatory pension contributions are transferred before July 1, 2006, the month preceding the month in which mandatory pension contributions were transferred is taken into account during the period of participation in the accumulative pension system.

If mandatory pension contributions have been transferred to the accumulative pension funds and (or) the unified accumulative pension Fund several times in one month, the period of participation in the accumulative system is one month.

Periods of labor, entrepreneurial activity, private practice by types of activity to which, by decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the correction coefficient "0" was applied to the rates of mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are confirmed by the employer's certificate in accordance with Appendix 5-1 to these Rules.
