Acceptance of documents and issuance of referrals for recreation in country and school camps for certain categories of students and pupils of state educational institutions

When applying via the Portal (list of documents): 

1. For children from families entitled to receive targeted social assistance: a certificate confirming that the service recipient (family) belongs to the category of recipients of targeted social assistance, issued by local executive bodies.
2. For children from families not receiving targeted social assistance, whose average per capita income is below the subsistence minimum: documents confirming income received (statement of earnings for working parents or persons acting in their place, income from entrepreneurial and other activities, income in the form of child support payments for children and other dependents).
3. For orphans and children left without parental care living in families: a decision of the authorized body approving guardianship (custody) or foster care arrangements for orphans and children left without parental care who are being raised in families.
4. For children from families requiring emergency assistance as a result of emergency situations, as well as for other categories of students and pupils determined by the collegial governing body of the educational institution: a decision of the collegial body based on an assessment of the family’s living and financial conditions.

How to get the service in a government agency or "Government for Citizens" State Corporation (required documents): 

1. An application.
2. An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
3. Child’s (children’s) birth certificate in electronic form or a copy thereof in paper form, in the absence of information in the “Civil Registry Office Registration Point” information system or if the child was born outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Copy of the marriage certificate or divorce certificate (in the absence of information in the Civil Registry Office information system).
5. Medical certificate for a school student departing to a camp, in accordance with Form No. 071/u approved by Order No. KR DSM-175/2020 of the Acting Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of October 30, 2020 “On Approval of Forms of Medical Records Documentation in the Field of Healthcare” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 21579);
6. Copy of a document confirming status:

• for children from families entitled to receive targeted social assistance: a certificate confirming that the service recipient (family) belongs to the category of recipients of targeted social assistance, issued by local executive bodies;
