How to obtain the service online

Legal entit:

1. Log in to the portal and click “Order the service online”.
2. Enter the VIN number.
3. If the checks are successfully completed and data is available in the information systems — SEP (Electronic Passport System), ASTANA-1 IS, Zhasyl Damu IS (recycling fee payment) — enter the buyer’s IIN.
4. Select the type of sale and purchase agreement from the list that was concluded before submitting the application in third-party systems, and enter the ID (number) of the agreement.
5. Sign the request with an EDS (Electronic Digital Signature).
6. Send the request to the buyer for confirmation.

Individual (buyer):

To confirm the request for vehicle re-registration, it is necessary to:

7. Log in to the portal and go to the Personal Account (section “Service History”).
8. Review the request pending approval.
9. Complete the request and select a specialized department of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company “State Corporation ‘Government for Citizens’” to obtain the State Registration Number Plates (GRNZ) and the Vehicle Registration Certificate (SRTS).
10. Pay:

• the state duty for issuance of state registration number plates;
• the state duty for production of the vehicle registration certificate;
• the registration fee.

* Payment must be made at the location of the selected specialized department of the NJSC “State Corporation ‘Government for Citizens’”.

11. Sign the request with an EDS (Electronic Digital Signature).
12. In the Personal Account (section “Service History”), review the notification on the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time.
13. If the request is processed successfully and the status “Request received by the government authority” is displayed, and after receiving a positive response from the government authority, the applicant must visit the specialized department of the NJSC “State Corporation ‘Government for Citizens’” selected during the application submission to receive the GRNZ and SRTS.

When submitting the application, the Buyer must:

• be an authorized user of the eGov portal and possess a valid Electronic Digital Signature (EDS);
• have permanent registration (residence) in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• have a valid identification document (identity card);
• have no unpaid administrative fines.
