How to get the service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
- Attach a scanned copy of the entitlement document to the e-request.
- Make a payment by clicking on the "Pay" button on the page of the Payment Gateway of the "electronic government".
- In personal cabinet get acquainted with notification (in the field "History of service obtainment(receiving)".
- Visit «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC at determined time for duplicate acceptance. Do not forget to take printed out notification and ID card.

Result of the service delivery
Notification of the entry of identification and technical information on buildings, structures, and/or their components for newly created real estate into the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre information system, or notification of refusal to provide a public service;
cadastral passport of the real estate property, or notification of refusal to provide a public service;
conclusion on the establishment of discrepancies between the identification and technical information of the newly created real estate property, accompanied by the cadastral passport of the real estate property, or notification of refusal to provide a public service;
conclusion on the establishment of discrepancies between the identification and technical information of the newly created real estate property based on the results of a technical survey, or notification of refusal to provide a public service.
In this case, the Conclusion on the establishment of discrepancies in the identification and technical information of newly created real estate based on the results of the technical survey with the attachment of the cadastral passport of the real estate is issued by the service provider after the provision of a document confirming the additional payment for the issuance of the conclusion with the attachment of the cadastral passport of the real estate, and when concluding a contract for the provision of services with legal entities, a signed certificate of completion of work is additionally provided.
