Registration of an Advance Declaration of will for Cremation
Submission of an application for the service is available only to persons over the age of 21.
How to get the service online:
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
- In personal cabinet (in the History of Services section) read the notification of the request result.
Result of the service delivery
The result of the service is the registration of an аdvance declaration of will for cremation or the withdrawal of previously given consent.
