Acceptance of applications for enrollment in military departments
How to get the service online
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button.
- Fill in an application and sign it using a DS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the Mobile Citizens Database).
- In personal account (in the "History of Obtained Services") familiarize with a generated electronic document and notification on the service delivery status.

How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):
- An application for admission completed in accordance with the established form.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- Four photographs (3×4).
- A certificate of no criminal record.
- A certificate of actual training at institutions of higher and postgraduate education indicating the faculty and specialty.
Result of the service delivery
Notification to the service recipient about enrollment as a candidate for admission to military departments (military faculties) in higher and/or postgraduate education institutions, or a reasoned response about refusal to provide the public service.
