Use in reproduction of pedigree bulls-breeders of meat breeds (own or on lease terms) according to the following requirements:

1) at least one pedigree bull-breeder for twenty-five animals of breeding stock;

2) use of no more than two consecutive random breeding seasons;

3) at least 12 months old as of June 1 of the current year;

4) not previously used in the breed transformation.

1.2

Pedigree breeding stock of cattle

1) the status of a pedigree animal of a breeding stock, assigned by the Republican Chamber of the respective breed;

2) artificial insemination of breeding stock with the seeds of pedigree bulls-breeders of meat breeds or use in reproduction of pedigree bulls-breeders of the first category of meat breeds.

2.

Maintenance of a pedigree bull breeder of meat breeds used for herd reproduction

1) existence of a registration number and certification of a feedlot with a capacity of at least 1000 cattle places for a bull rental operator with a positive conclusion of a special commission (only for operators);

2) existence of an agreement on lease of pedigree bulls-breeders of the operator with the farm/agricultural cooperative or a protocol of meeting of inhabitants of the settlement - owners of cattle - on assigning and use of pedigree bulls-breeders of commodity producers in the public herd, formed from the number of private subsidiary farms, in accordance with the form according to Appendix 1 to these criteria;

3) use of pedigree bulls-breeders in accordance with the following zootechnical standards:

- at least one pedigree bull-breeder per twenty-five breeding stock;

-  use of no more than two consecutive breeding seasons;

- at least 12 months old as of June 1 of the current year.

3.

Acquisition of domestic pedigree bulls-breeders of meat breeds

1) livestock has the status of a pedigree animal assigned by the Republican Chamber for the respective breed;

2) the age of the acquired stock does not exceed at the moment of purchase (in case of domestic purchase - at the moment of sale specified in the breeding certificate; in case of import - at the moment of quarantine at the seller (exporter)):

heifer calves - from 6 months to 18 months inclusive;

bred heifers - up to 26 months inclusive, with the term of pregnancy not exceeding three months at the time of purchase;

bulls - from 6 months to 26 months inclusive.

Acquisition of foreign breeding stock

5.

Cheaper cost of steers sold or transferred for fattening to fattening grounds with a capacity of at least 1000 animals at a time

1) existence of animal registration in the IBBW at the time of application;

2) live weight of bull calves from 200 to 300 kilograms*;

3) age of bull calves 7 to 15 months inclusive.

6.

Cheaper fattening costs for bull calves for fattening grounds with a capacity of 1000 animals at a time

1) existence of bull calves' registration in the IBBW or under the contract for bull calves fattening services;

2) existence of radio frequency ear tags for fattening bull calves;

3) live weight of bull calves at the moment of fattening - not less than 200 kg;

4) living weight of bull calves at the moment of slaughter or outside the country - not less than 400 kg; slaughter weight of bull calves - not less than 210 kg;

5) a positive conclusion of the special commission on the specialized site for fattening of cattle with developed infrastructure, corresponding to the recommended standards of technological design of cattle beef cattle enterprises, which has:

a quarantine site;

an entry barrier; animal shelters;

a wind protection (not necessary for southern regions);

a hard surface in front of the feeders and drinkers;

a concrete / iron feeders or feed tables;

an autonomous source and a water supply system;

heated auto drinkers (not necessarily for southern areas);

a manure storage and a meltwater lagoon;

a feed-processing and feeding equipment (crusher, grain conditioner or feed plant, feeders);

a feed storage facility;

a veterinary station, a split and a cattle weigher;

RFID reader;

gangways for unloading and loading animals; existence of the required amount of feed and compliance with the diet for grain-fed bull-calves.

7.

Decrease in the cost of beef procurement by meat-processing enterprises engaged in slaughtering and primary processing of cattle meat

(effective from 1 January 2020)

Existence of a positive opinion of a special commission for a meat-processing enterprise engaged in slaughtering and primary processing of cattle meat, which has:

1) own equipment for slaughtering and deboning of cattle with a design capacity of at least 100 thousand animals per year (400 animals per shift);

2) own system of cattle slaughtering waste disposal;

3) compliance with international quality standards (confirmed by international audit).

Dairy and dairy-meat cattle breeding

1.

Acquisition of pedigree bull seeds of dairy and dairy-meat breeds

1) the status of a pedigree animal of a breeding stock, assigned by the Republican Chamber of the respective breed;

2) existence of indices of pedigree value of bull-breeder seeds: complex index of pedigree qualities, number of daughters in herds, reliability of estimation, yield, fat, period of productive life, calving ease, fertility, somatic cell content;

3) existence of an index estimate of the breeding value of the breeding stock;

4) existence of a herd management program.

3.

Subsidies for artificial insemination of breeding livestock of cattle in peasant farms and agricultural cooperatives

1) existence of a contract on artificial insemination of breeding stock of cattle with seeds of pedigree bulls-breeders of dairy and dairy meat breeds in peasant (farmer) farms and agricultural cooperatives;

2) existence of an insemination and examination report of the inseminated breeding stock of cattle under Form 1 in accordance with Annex 2 to these criteria;

3) existence of a breeding certificate for the seed of the pedigree bulls-breeders, issued by the Republican Chamber.

4.

Subsidies for embryo transfer services

1) existence of a contract for the provision of services for the transplantation of embryos of breeding stock in farms;

2) existence of a transplantation and examination of the pregnancy of the breeding cattle;

3) existence of a genetic certificate for the offspring received.

5.

Cheaper milk production costs:

Population registration with the IBBW at the time of application (except for agricultural cooperatives).

5.1

Homesteads with a forage cow population of 600 cows

1) monthly laboratory analysis of milk by fat, protein and somatic cells (in accredited laboratories);

2) annual zootechnical analysis of fodder;

3) existence of a positive opinion of the special commission on the dairy farm, which was put into operation or modernized with the appropriate infrastructure not earlier than 2007, the positive opinion of the special commission, which has:

- a room for loose cow husbandry;

- milking parlour with automated milking unit (carousel, herringbone, parallel, tandem, robotic machine);

- automated manure removal, feed distribution and watering;

- a feeder shop;

- a veterinary station.

5.2

Homesteads with forage cows from 400 cows

1) monthly laboratory analysis of milk by fat, protein and somatic cells (in accredited laboratories);

2) annual zootechnical analysis of fodder;

3) positive opinion of the special commission on the dairy farm, which was put into operation or modernized with the appropriate infrastructure not earlier than 2007 and which has been in operation:

- equipment for automated or machine milking, including portable milking machines;

- automated manure removal, feed distribution and watering;

- a feeder shop;

- a veterinary station.

5.3

Homesteads with forage cows from 50 cows

A positive opinion of a special commission on a dairy farm that has the following:

- a room for keeping cows;

- machine milking, including portable milking machines;

- a veterinary station;

- a cattle lock.

5.4

Agricultural Cooperative

Existence of:

1) its own milk collection point with a record number;

2) sale of the prepared milk to the milk-processing enterprise.

6.

Cheaper cost of feed for dairy breeding stock

1) existence of at least 600 breeding stock animals and their registration with the IBBW at the time of application;

2) a positive opinion of the special commission on the dairy farm with the appropriate infrastructure (loose cow husbandry, milking parlour with automated milking machine (carousel, herringbone, parallel, tandem, robotic machine), automated manure removal, feed distribution and singing, feeder shop, veterinary station), which was put into operation not earlier than 2007;

3) existence of one of the listed certificates (ISO, HACCP food safety system).

2) a positive opinion of the special commission on the poultry farm, which was built again or upgraded in terms of technological equipment (bird keeping equipment, automated feeding system, water supply, ventilation, automatic egg sorting machine) not earlier than 2007;

3) existence of one of the listed certificates (ISO, HACCP food safety system).

1.

number of replacement stock of pigs and boars - from 1 to 12 months inclusive.

2.

Selection and breeding work with breeding and replacement stock of pigs

1) existence of radio-frequency ear tags at the herd.

2) existence of at least 50 sows and their registration with the IBBW at the time of application;

3) use of artificial insemination of breeding and replacement stock or use of breeding boars-breeders in accordance with zootechnical standards:

- at least one boar breeder per fifty animals in a manual case or at least one boar per two hundred animals in an artificial insemination case;

- use of boars-breeders for no more than two consecutive years.

Sheep breeding

1.

Organization of artificial insemination of breeding sheep livestock in farms and agricultural cooperatives

2) the existence of a certificate of insemination of the breeding sheep livestock stock in accordance with Form 2 in accordance with Annex 2 to these criteria.

2.1

- use of ram breeder for no more than two consecutive breeding seasons;

- the age of stud rams-breeders as of September 1 of the current year is not less than 12 months.

 

2.2

Commodity breeding livestock of sheep

Use of artificial insemination of breeding stock and (or) use in reproduction and replacement by previously unused in breed conversion stud-ram-breeders (own or leased) in accordance with the following requirements

- not less than one ram breeder per twenty-five breeding animals at a free mating and/or not less than one ram breeder of sheep per three hundred cows at artificial insemination;

- use of ram breeder for no more than two consecutive breeding seasons;

- the age of stud rams-breeders as of September 1 of the current year is not less than 12 months.

3.

Acquisition of stud ram-breeders

1) existence of a population registration in the IBBW at the time of filing the application;

ram breeders - from 6 to 18 months inclusive;

breeding goat herd - from 6 to 18 months inclusive.

3.1

Acquisition of a pedigree livestock of goats

4.

Contents of stud ram-breeder used to reproduce the commodity flock

1) operator has a breeding stock of 3000 or more at the time of application;

2) existence of an operator's contract with commodity farms for the lease of stud rams-manufacturers in flocks;

3) existence of the population registration in the IBBW at the time of filing the application;

4) use of stud rams-manufacturers not more than two breeding seasons in the flock;

5) not less than one manufacturer of rams for twenty-five animals of breeding stock at a free mating, or not less than one ram-

for 300 breeding stock animals in artificial insemination.

5.

Decrease in the cost of sale of lambs

1) the age of the lambs at the time of the sale does not exceed fifteen months;

2) slaughter of lambs at a specialized meat processing plant or at slaughtering stations with a capacity of 200 animals per shift, which has a special commission conclusion or is sold alive to the operator.

6.1

1) sale of fine and semi-fine wool to primary wool processing enterprises;

Horse Breeding

1.

Acquisition of pedigree stallions-breeders of productive direction

1) existence of a population registration in the IBBW at the time of filing the application;

2) age of the acquired livestock (in case of domestic acquisition - at the moment of sale indicated in the breeding certificate; in case of import - at the moment of quarantine from the seller (exporter)) - 18 to 60 months inclusive.

2.

Cheaper production and processing costs of mare's milk

1) existence of a population registration in the IBBW at the time of filing the application;

2) existence of own breeding stock older than three years at least 30 animals;

3) sale of milk to a milk processing plant  with a registration number;

4) annual production of mare's milk per 1 animal of mare should not exceed 750 kg.

Camel breeding

1.

Purchase of pedigree camel-breeders

1) existence of a population registration in the IBBW at the time of filing the application;

2) age of the acquired livestock (in case of domestic acquisition - at the moment of sale indicated in the breeding certificate; in case of import - at the moment of quarantine at the seller (exporter)):

camels breeders - from 12 to 60 months inclusive.

2.

Cheaper production and processing costs of camel milk

1) existence of a population registration in the IBBW at the time of filing the application;

2) existence of own breeding stock older than three years at least 30 animals;

3) sale of milk to a milk processing plant  with a registration number;

4) annual production of camel milk per 1 animal by dairy camel must not exceed 1500 kg.

Maral breeding (deer breeding)

1.

Pedigree and breeding work with the breeding livestock of marals (deers)

1) registration with the IBBW and the Republican Chamber;

2) use in reproduction and rotation of breeding males-breeders in accordance with zootechnical standards:

- males are at least 36 months old as of September 1 of this year;

- at least one male breeder per 30 cows of breeding stock;

- use of a male breeder for no more than two consecutive breeding seasons.

Beekeeping

 

1.

Conduct of pedigree and breeding work with bee colonies:

Existence of at least 10 bee colonies in the IBBW at the time of application.

* - when selling or moving bull calves for fattening to fattening grounds with the capacity of not less than 1000 animals at a time with a live weight exceeding 300 kg, the payment of subsidies is calculated on 300 kg of live weight.
