Where can I look through the information about vaccination?
You can view information on vaccination after going through two stages of vaccination in the «e-Gov mobile» application by going to the «Digital documents» service in the document «Electronic passport of vaccination». In the absence of a document, after passing two stages of vaccination, you should click on the «Update» in the upper right corner of the list page in the «Digital documents» service.
What stage the information on vaccination could be viewed at?
After passing two stages of vaccination you can view information on vaccination in the «e-Gov mobile» application by going to the «Digital documents» service in the document «Electronic passport of vaccination».
What outcomes could be viewed upon vaccination?
Electronic vaccination passport contains information about the citizen, about the type of vaccine, batch, medical organization and the dates of vaccination (the passport is formed after passing all stages of vaccination).
Can I get a statement on vaccination passed at the e-Gov portal?
The portal e-Gov does not have a service for giving the vaccination statements. A certificate can be obtained from the medical organization where vaccination was performed.
When registering for vaccination I have chosen another polyclinic and now I cannot change it. The deadline has passed is it possible to cancel the appointment?
At the moment, this functionality is not provided. You can contact the polyclinic you need to get vaccinated by pre-registering by the phone number of the polyclinic.
If you forgot which polyclinic you chose when making an appointment for vaccination, how you can see?
The name of the medical organization and the time of vaccination can be viewed in an SMS-message, as well as in the e-Gov personal account on the service receipt page.
As for the users who do not have a smartphone, is it possible through e-Gov to view information on vaccination by means of an EDS?

What to do if an application for a vaccination appointment is processed longer than the time limit?
It is necessary to contact the medical organization to which the application for vaccination was sent.
Many people receive SMS about the date and time of the 2nd vaccination, but there are also those who were not notified.
SMS-messages are sent if there is a mobile number in the database of mobile citizens. If there is no phone number in the databases, the SMS will not be received.
In the vaccination passport, the name of the medical organization in the English version is displayed in Russian, what should I do?
You should click on the «Update» in the upper right corner of the list page in the «Digital documents» service.
In vaccination passport there is no last name and first name in the English version, they are displayed in Russian.

Digital documents are generated based on data obtained from the government agencies` information systems.

From what age one can use digital documents?
Since 16 years old after obtainment of the national ID.
Can digital documents be used to travel abroad/enter the country (airport, railway station, etc.)?
To date, a user can provide access to his/her digital documents through generated QR or short code, which enables other information systems connected to the service to open a copy of digital document in a software and use the copy for service delivery.
Can digital documents be provided to obtain public services?
There is a capability to use digital documents to obtain public services in CSC branches.

Can I use digital documents in case if documents (national ID/passport) were lost/stolen? Within which period they be valid?
In case if a document was lost or stolen, you cannot use digital documents. If there is no copy in paper than a digital copy is not valid. You need to re-issue a document.
Is it possible to remove a digital document?
A generated document cannot be removed.
If a vaccination passport has not generated or generated incorrectly?
- check whether all the vaccination stages have been undergone. The passport appears after all the stages;
- refresh the digital documents section;
- a digital document might not be yet generated by the information system of Ministry of Health of RK. It will appear after being generated.
From where a photo is taken for the Digital Documents service?
For the Digital Documents service, a photograph is received out of the state database of individuals, while for the driving license it is taken from the database of MIA of RK.
If a user sees only one diploma but there is no second one? Or there is no diploma at all
A diploma appears after being digitized by a university and after being transferred from the information system of Ministry of Education and Science of RK to Digital Documents service.
Where I am to apply in case of incorrect data in a pensioner`s certificate?
All the data is taken from the database of Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of RK.
Why documents of other individuals are displayed in my digital documents? Documents of another child are displayed, namesake, etc.
Data about users is kept and obtained from the state database of individuals. Check data in the database.
Can I change a photo in the vaccination passport?
A photo can only be changed in case of national ID re-issuance as a photograph is uploaded from the state database of individuals or in case with driving licenses, a photo is uploaded from the database of MIA RK.
There is no information in Health Passport service of eGovMobile app about vaccination being done. What should I do in this case?
When you undergo 2 stages of vaccination, the vaccination passport will appear in Digital Documents service in eGovMobile app.
A photo is old. How can I change it?
A photo can only be changed in case of national ID re-issuance as a photograph is uploaded from the state database of individuals.

EGov Mobile app was designed to provide public services and e-Gov services.
EGov mobile app is available for download in Google Play (required Android version 5.0 or later), AppStore (required iOS version 11.3 or later).

How to register in eGov Mobile app
The eGov mobile app makes it easier to register a new user.
After completing biometric identification, you will immediately:
- receive a digital signature
- be registered in Mobile Citizens Database (MCD)
- be registered on e-Gov Portal (egov.kz).
Follow:
- Click “Register” button on the authorization page;
- Digital ID page will open, enter your phone number, verification code from SMS and register in Digital ID;
- Complete video identification, allow eGov mobile to access your ID data and phone number.
- After successfully confirming your identity, you need to enter the answers to verification questions: your national ID number and date of birth, then click “Continue” button
- “Issuance of Digital Signature” page will open. Fill in your e-mail and enter a password for digital signature (this password will also be a password for a Personal Account on e-Gov Portal, if you have not registered in Personal Account before), then click “Continue” button
- In a new page, click “Continue” button
- After successful registration, install a quick access code for the app and bind Face ID/Touch ID.
How do I log in to eGov Mobile app?
You can log in to eGov Mobile app:
- using digital signature, if there is a valid digital signature.
- using one-time password if you have registered in MCD (Mobile Citizens Database).

How much does an SMS with a password cost when logging in to the mobile app/signing up for a service?
Sending and receiving SMS from short number 1414 is free-of-charge.
What is the difference between authorization via digital signature and one-time password?
When you log in using one-time password, you will be able to view your profile, mobile services and payments that do not require signing with digital signature (pursuant to service delivery standards). When you log in using digital signature, the full functionality of the app will be available.
How to transfer a digital signature to a cell phone?
If you have an Android phone, you can upload digital signature to your cell phone as a regular file using a USB cable. Connect your smartphone via a USB cable to your computer, go to "My computer" where removable media will be displayed, then copy digital signature (files with AUTH, RSA -.....p12) to the smartphone's memory card.
If you have an iOS phone, follow these steps to download the certificate:
1. Install iTunes on your computer.
2. Connect your smartphone to your computer using a USB cable
2. Go to iTunes, click the device button, then click "Shared files".
3.In the list on the left, select eGov mobile.
4.Click "Add", select digital signature files that you want to transfer, then click "Add".
When you log in using one-time password, you do not receive an SMS with code
If you have not received an SMS message with code, this may be due to several reasons:
- Ported number (less than a day ago there was a transfer from one mobile operator to another)
- Zero balance. Messages are not sent by mobile operators with a zero balance.
- You are not allowed to receive messages from short numbers.
- In some cases, registration in the Mobile Citizens Database is required
- Technical failure of sending SMS messages. In this case, you need to contact Integrated Call Center (1414) or write to egov@nitec.kz (specifying your IIN, phone number, time of the OTP request, and description of the problem) to register the failure that occurred.
Can I use the mobile app without digital signature?
If you do not have digital signature, you can still use the mobile app by logging in to the app using a one-time password (registration in MCD is required). Without digital signature, you will have access to your personal account (certain sections), services and payments that do not require signing with digital signature.
I changed my number, how can I change it in the mobile app?
You can change your mobile phone number in eGov Mobile app, on the e-Gov Portal (www.egov.kz) or in СSC. Log in to eGov Mobile app using digital signature, go to your Profile, and change your phone number in the contact information section. Confirm the number change with an SMS code that will be sent to the specified number. Sign the application with a quick access code, or fingerprint, or Face ID. You can also change your mobile phone number in your personal account on the e-Gov Portal.
Why do I need a QR scanner?
You can log in to the egov.kz website by scanning the QR code in the app. Also, by scanning the QR code, you can get access to viewing a third-party document in the Digital documents service. The eGov Mobile downloads a document to which access has been allocated by requesting services from government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A user providing access to his/her digital documents, just needs to go to "Digital documents" to open the desired document and click "Open access", and then a unique QR code will be generated and be available for one-time scanning by a third party within 5 minutes (default) with the option to extend scan access within 30 minutes.
All actions related to request or familiarization by third parties of documents are recorded in the history of personal account (hereinafter – PA) on e-Gov Portal (in notifications of eGov Mobile app) of user who viewed a document and in the PA of user who granted access to view a digital document (by scanning QR code).
You can also sign services using a QR code. To sign up for the service on the egov.kz with the help of a QR scanner on eGov mobile, you scan the QR code on the egov.kz, as a result, you get a service on the electronic government portal.
Electronic digital signature
What is EDS and what is the purpose of it?
When obtaining any certificate in a paper form, we put our signature. Electronic document to get a legal force is to be signed as well. For this purpose- we use EDS. Electronic digital signature is an analogue of handwritten signature. It is not a scan version of your general signature, EDS contains digit symbols which keep all necessary information about its owner, for example IIN. EDS guarantees that the request or document which was signed by EDS in the process of data transfer was not changed and distorted. EDS is issued free of charge.
How and where EDS is issued?
To apply for obtaining of registration certificates of National Identification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter NIC RK) is possible on www.pki.gov.kz web site in the «Get EDS key» section. Submitted application should be printed and provided within 30 calendar days to the public service Centers. When you get new ID cards you have an opportunity to use and save your EDS on them. Now your EDS will always be with you that will provide more mobility and protection. When you record EDS on your ID card you are able to get the services of electronic government at any public access point or through computer with an access to Internet by fitting ID to a card-reader. If you’ve lost your ID card you can be sure that your EDS is protected by special PIN-code (as in a bank card). One may record an EDS on ID card of a new form (with an electronic data storage devise) through the operators of Registration Centers, located in public service centers.

Since what age are the digital signature certificates to be issued?
According to Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 7, 2003 N 370 “On electronic document and electronic digital signature” a registration certificate is issued to a person who has reached the age of 16 in accordance with the procedure established by the authorized body in the field of informatization
EDS expiration date is – 1 year, after that it should be updated, but it’s not convenient. Why isn’t it possible to prolong it up to 4-5 years?
EDS validity period – 1 year applies only to the file system. If the EDS keys are written to protected media (ID card, Kaztoken, Etoken, Akey, JaCarta), the validity period will be 3 years.
What is a private and public key?
Private key is used to generate electronic digital signature (EDS). To verify a digital signature, the public key is used that corresponds to the private key applied at computing the digital signature. Subject to usage of robust digital signature algorithm, no one can forge digital signature. NCA RK may not issue a certificate if an applicant does not have his/her private and public keys. Therefore, to generate them, NCA RK provides applicants with cryptographic information security facilities certified in the Republic of Kazakhstan (CISF, Cryptoprovider). To date, this has been implemented in the application submission procedure for obtainment of certificates at www.pki.gov.kz using Java. That is, once an applicant submits application for obtainment of certificate on the pki.gov.kz website, the generation of private and public keys takes place on his hardware (i.e. PC or a key information media). Upon identifying the applicant in CSC, NCA RK issues the respective certificate based on his/her public key.
On what hardware may the keys and certificates be stored
An applicant, when submitting application for certificate may choose between the following hardware as a storage place:
- Your computer- in this case, the keys and certificates will be stored on hard disc or file systems of other personal computer’s devices as files protected with PIN code. The advantage of such storage place is that these files can be easily used, while its disadvantage is that there is a possibility of unauthorized copying of such files.
- Kaztoken- in this case, keys and certificates will be stored on external media protected by PIN code. The advantage of such storage place is that private keys cannot be copied, while the disadvantage is that the media must be purchased for money.
- ID card- when choosing this method, the keys and certificates will be stored on ID cards of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan with electronic media. The advantage of such storage place is that private keys cannot be copied, while the disadvantage is that there is the need to purchase card-reader for money.
- E-Token – in this case keys and certificates will be stored on external media protected by PIN- code. The advantage of such storage place is that private keys cannot be copied while the disadvantage is that there is the need to purchase card-reader for money.
- JaCarta – in this case keys and certificates will be stored on external media protected by PIN- code. The advantage of such storage place is that private keys cannot be copied while the disadvantage is that there is the need to purchase card-reader for money.

AKEY and SIM card
I submitted to CSC the required documents for obtainment of certificate, but the application status is still ”not confirmed by CSC operator”
«State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC operator must, when accepting the documents from user, confirm correctness thereof right away, or provide the justified denial of rendering the service. If within 2 days after submission of documents, your application’s status has not been confirmed by «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC operator, you need to come to the «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC where you submitted the documents so as to find out the cause.
How shall I check the status of my application for certificate issue?
You need to select the section "Checking request status”" on the website pki.gov.kz, enter the application number that was generated when submitting an EDS for the issue and click on the button "Search". If the status of the application is “Registration Certificates are Issued””, you can install your registration certificates (certificates) by setting a password and clicking on the “Upload certificate” button.

How shall I view the validity period of certificate recorded on ID card?
This information can be found in user’s personal account of NIC RK. In order to follow personal account , open www.pki.gov.kz web site and click the «Personal Account» button.
Must everyone have a personal EDS or one EDS is enough for the whole family?
Electronic digital signature is assigned personally to each citizen of the RK reaching majority age. Thereafter, all members of your family who are over 16 years and want to get the services of “electronic government” or services of other information systems must have an individual key, as EDS in accordance with the Law “On electronic document and electronic digital signature” is equal to handwritten signature.
How to prolong the certificate?
The user of NCA RK can re-issue the EDS through his personal account (www.pki.gov.kz) using the valid EDS keys of the user of the NCA RK. Individuals and legal entities can re-issue EDS keys through their personal account, with the exception of users who have received EDS keys according to the template "IS Treasury - Client" and "SSL certificate".
In case of re-issuance of EDS keys through a personal account, the provision of documents to the Population Service Center is not required.
If the term of registration certificates has expired, it is not possible to reissue the EDS keys through your personal account.

I have lost my key, what shall I do?
In this case, with a view to security, you need to go to the nearest Public Service Center and apply for revocation of your certificate. To obtain the new certificate, you need, in line with user guide, to re-apply for certificate and submit the required package of documents to the Public Service Center that had been indicated when submitting application.
How to revoke the certificate of NIC RK?
To revoke a certificate, please read the user guide as to capability of revocation through the “personal account” on pki.gov.kz website. Or you may come to the nearest Public Service Center and apply for revocation of your certificate.

Password error occur while entering personal account of NIC RK
If a password has not been changed after obtaining an EDS- there is no default password for the file system, the user sets it himself, Kaztoken: 12345678, eToken PRO (Java, 72K), JaCarta: 1234567890 If you have changed the password, but forgot it, you need to pass the procedure of EDS obtaining again, as the NIC RK doesn’t save your passwords.
Is it possible for a legal entity to obtain digital signature certificate of NIC RK on ID card?
Digital signature certificates on ID cards are only issued to individuals. It is unavailable to legal entities due to the technical constraints of carrier.
I have registered LLP and as a chief executive officer I’ve got an EDS. May I use it for obtaining electronic certificates as an individual? Or I must apply for EDS issuance again?
Electronic digital signature of legal entity contains name of organization and business identification number and is used to obtain services for a legal entity. For personal use (obtaining certificates and others) EDS should be issued as for private person.

Legitimacy of electronic inquiries assigned by the variety of laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan: “Of informatization”, “Of electronic digital signature”, also “Of the additions and changes entering to the some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the issuance of “electronic government’s” development. “Electronic government” portal are not keeping the confidential data. Payment of the fee for Traffic regulations violations
What is necessary for paying through the portal?
In order to get information about the fines you need to register on the Portal and request the service "Search and payment of administrative fines and fines for traffic violations". Further, the portal will provide an opportunity to choose the method of fine search: by IIN or name and date of birth. When both methods are selected, the user data will be displayed automatically.

How to pay an administrative offense related fine
How to pay an administrative offense related fine (including the fines issued based on the Sergek camera records or written out using the tablet)?
You can pay the fine online on the portal "Electronic government "egov.kz", section "Transport and communications ", service "Search and payment of administrative and traffic fines"
On the egov.kz, to view the fines, an electronic digital signature is required upon authorization and you can get the information with regard to your person only (it is impossible to specify another IIN in the search).

I paid the fine at the bank, but on the egov.kz it is displayed as unpaid. What I have to do?
In this case, the receipt must be presented to the state body, the employees who imposed the fine will enter the fine payment information.

Yes, you can do that, also within the reduced production procedure (50% off the fine specified) the one could pay the fine within a 7 days period of the charge date.
What is the period the one can pay a fine within the reduced production procedure (50% off the fine specified)?
According to Articles 810, 811 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses":
- If there is administrative offense and the offender has been identified by the authorized person the last initiates an administrative procedure, explains the person committed the offense his right to pay the fine of the fifty percent from that specified in the sanctions article of the Special part of the Code, within a seven days period.
